I am really really excited about watching this video and your amazing channel please stay safe and enjoy your reading love your Australia fan John love the way your both setting up your shelves xxxx
we’ve come a long way from that one bookshelf organizing video where regan has a broken arm and still manages to organize her shelves like a true reader icon
i have a small collection of books & im just finding the book to add if im missing also still on a looking for Stephen King, Tom Clancy, J.R.R. Tolkien, with few others for the series
Couldn't click fast enough. So exciting! BTW, thank you so much for your recommendation of Leviathan Wakes. I read it and LOVED it! Definitely continuing the series.
As a book lover with many many books on a 9 ftwall I found that when I am rearranging then bring in a table helps me see how the books will e rearranged and saves my back
Wow... in my dream house I have a library room too. I love what you have done with it this far. For myself, I have a sunny reading corner, with a cosy chair cushion and blanket, a bookcase, small table and a bunch of plants. I really love it and I am so happy with it.
Omg it looks so good! Also, just wanted to say that your green kitchen looks amazing. I typically stick with neutrals or blues, so I never would’ve thought of that💚
Ugh I can’t wait to have my own library someday! Currently my books have to be kept in a part of the house I’m never in and I just miss being around them. The house is looking great!
Yay! I was nervous you weren't going to be able to fit all four shelves in there😅 also, we love a trendy socks w/ Birks QUEEN!! Also also, I like how some of those white fantasy books really bring a color change/lightness to those shelves, since so many fantasy books tend to be so dark
Love your shelves, gosh you moved so much lately, you're a trooper!! I love seeing John Gwynne on your main shelf, read his Malice last month, made my ugly cry like you can't imagine, and loved Shadow of the Gods, now reading Hunger, also reading Between Two Fires at the moment from Buehlman, love you, cheers!!!
Just wanted to share: There's some books of mine that I sold a few years ago because I thought I wanted to switch to e-books, I've recently been regretting that decision so I've been re-buying some of those books I previously sold. Unfortunately some aren't available anymore so I have to buy used so they're not in as good a condition as I once had them but at this point I'm just glad to have them again because nothing beats holding a book in your hands. So I'm constantly reorganising my own bookshelves lately.
those bookshelves are amazing! my apartment is not super level, so i feel like if I was able to level shelves like that against the wall it would make life so much easier haha
Could you please let us know where you got your book shelves? We recently moved to a new place, and are searching for some shelves, these look perfect 👍
You're the first booktuber I've seen with a Christopher Moore book. Idk if you have more than just the Serpent of Venice but I've never seen anyone with any of them.
Fits well into my space, I painted the back green. It's very easy to customize just the back if that's something you want to do. I would suggest sanding it first before painting, I got a little impatient. The shelves ruclips.net/user/postUgkxM8H4CjCb79vzeyvgaFMdzmLm88oVFPMkare pretty small so keep that in mind if you're going to have it horizontal that some books won't fit. I like the snug look that it has. Good small shelf if you don't have much space, but not too small. Simple to put together, though you'll need your own tools, a screwdriver and a mallet/hammer, it's easiest to do with another person.
I had to debate whether to watch this! I love your videos, just I’m about to start a HUGE move. (If my out of state landlord will ever shake loose with the new lease, it’s taking forever!) We are literally moving next door. BUT we are about to move what I conservatively estimate are 15,000 books! We have lived in our current 2,800 sq ft apartment for 17 years and are moving to one almost 4,000 sq ft. Fortunately our old apartment is slated to be completely renovated just like our new one has been and we are getting several months to make the move. We currently have 35 book cases (some are only 3 ft tall up to over 6 ft) and figure we will have 50+ after the move. We are going to have one room dedicated to D&D and board gaming. It will house our almost complete 5e book collection. I figure the upstairs hallway alone will hold about 11 bookcases. Fortunately I have a neighbor and friend who is a young man in need of summer work since he works at a school so I have youth and muscle of which my husband and I no longer have either! I’m currently searching for someplace to buy book cases in bulk. Our nearest IKEA is up in Phoenix, I live in Tucson and the website says their bookcase inventory is severely limited. Where did you buy yours from? Any suggestions from commenters would be welcome. I’m looking forward to the new apartment, more space, the chance to cull out old stuff and organize. I AM NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MOVE ITSELF!
Good luck with the massive endeavor!! I got all my bookshelves from either IKEA or out front of someone's house (in pretty nice condition too) and one from Pier One before they were bought out. I don't know what their stock is like now. I would definitely check places like Nextdoor and FB and whatever other local sites might give you a space to ask what people are letting go of. And any salvage or old furniture type places... You can also set up alerts with Ikea so you'll know when what you want is in stock: I got my first detolf that way and I love it, even though it was quite a lot of traffic and driving to get it and assembly was slightly stressful b/c glass
New subscriber! Help! I want to use the open built in shelves in my small apt. dining area that opens to my kitchen and living room to display a lot of a lot of books on books and still look nice. Any ideas out there?
Sorry if this is stated somewhere in the video, but do you alphabetize your books? How do you further organize them? I'm trying to decide how to organize mine :) Thanks!
Hi peruseproject I am currently working on sorting out what books I want to keep and which ones I want to give away and then I plan to do like a rainbow bookshelf idea.
These videos where the books fill up all the space always make me nervous cause I'm like: but you're definitely going to buy more books, do you have a spare bookshelf of the same model? how will that work in two years, won't the room be overflowing with stacks of books that have no home?
My favorite parts are when i'm checking if the camera is still recording lol
I am really really excited about watching this video and your amazing channel please stay safe and enjoy your reading love your Australia fan John love the way your both setting up your shelves xxxx
i feel this, the struggle is real 😅
we’ve come a long way from that one bookshelf organizing video where regan has a broken arm and still manages to organize her shelves like a true reader icon
Omg tbt
it looks so pretty!! I can't wait to have my own home library.
I hope you get one too .
i have a small collection of books & im just finding the book to add if im missing also still on a looking for Stephen King, Tom Clancy, J.R.R. Tolkien, with few others for the series
There is nothing like the feeling of putting new shelves together and filling them! So happy for you!🤗
Couldn't click fast enough. So exciting! BTW, thank you so much for your recommendation of Leviathan Wakes. I read it and LOVED it! Definitely continuing the series.
Yay I’m so happy you enjoyed!!
Same!!! Im currently on the 4th book!
My dream house would have a library for all my books too. I love watching other people organize their shelves
The joy of arranging bookshelves. So happy for you! Now you can do your vlog with books at your back.

I don't know why but this video of you organising your bookshelves was so relaxing and enjoyable to watch.

What shelves are those? I’m looking for new ones and these seem perfect
I’m wondering the same thing! I love the way they look.
Wondering the same thing.
i think she talked about them in her last bookshelf organization video from last year
@@fayevalentines thank you!
She has them linked in the description.
do you have unread and read books mixed together? what is your estimated ration of read books?
Yay! I was nervous you weren't going to be able to fit all four shelves in there😅 also, we love a trendy socks w/ Birks QUEEN!! Also also, I like how some of those white fantasy books really bring a color change/lightness to those shelves, since so many fantasy books tend to be so dark
Your library room is so nice! 😊
I'm going to be moving at the end of the summer and doing the same thing with all my books... just watching this is already making me sweat! LOL
I love your library! It turned out great!
Hi regan! Your library is a
paradise.
Love your shelves, gosh you moved so much lately, you're a trooper!! I have been waiting for this! So excited!
😍😍😍 I love that this looks so simple and not overwhelming. Yes I like big walls with big shelves but I prefer simplicity better!!
i’m european and this library like room kinda gives old european house vibes (the fireplace it’s amazing)💘✨

Which glasses frames are you wearing in this video!?
The fact that my breathing visibly picked up from excitement when you started pulling the books out of their boxes lol
Omg! Another video from Regan. Click and watch 😃
those bookshelves are amazing! my apartment is not super level, so i feel like if I was able to level shelves like that against the wall it would make life so much easier haha
Could you please let us know where you got your book shelves? We recently moved to a new place, and are searching for some shelves, these look perfect 👍
Nice. Do any of the bookshelves get direct sunlight?
A beatiful librarys
You're the first booktuber I've seen with a Christopher Moore book. Idk if you have more than just the Serpent of Venice but I've never seen anyone with any of them.

I can’t believe you have Scythe and Thunderhead but not The Toll! 😳😂
A vibe dela é tão----
Adorei a estante! :))
Love this. But I would turn them around.Would look so much neater.Love the shelfs
I love those shelves! I think not having sides gives it such a nice aesthetic
I love those bookshelves where did you get them?
They all look great but I think my favorite is the YA shelf! Those dark, shiny covers altogether give such a fantasy feel.

Awesome 👍
Great reorganization tour 📚🌈👍😎
A move always feels more complete once the bookshelves are up.
Awesome vlog❗️You did a terrific job with your shelves and organising your books. Did you finish reading The Trials of Apollo series ?
Me watching this after just organizing my bookshelves for the fifth time this week: Man, I need to organize my shelves...
Looks nice! Where did you get ur bookshelves?
Hii I was wondering where you got the bookshelves? I was looking for something similar for my room library :)
Love the shelves! too bad I can't get them in the EU :(
New subscriber! Help! I want to use the open built in shelves in my small apt. dining area that opens to my kitchen and living room to display a lot of a lot of books on books and still look nice. Any ideas out there?
Where did you get the bookshelves? I love them. Love this video
Just linked them in the description
Love the video especially the bookshelves mind my asking where did you get them?
is that all the light we cannot see I see on the fiction shelf!?
Sorry if this is stated somewhere in the video, but do you alphabetize your books? How do you further organize them? I'm trying to decide how to organize mine :) Thanks!
Where did you get the bookshelves from?
Do you separate tbr books from books you’ve already read or just group them all together?
SO EXCITED!!! ✨✨✨💚💚💚✨✨💚💚✨✨💚💚💚✨✨💚💚💚💚✨✨
I love your bookshelves!! Where did you purchase them?
I get a bit tired just looking your big work🙂
Hi peruseproject I am currently working on sorting out what books I want to keep and which ones I want to give away and then I plan to do like a rainbow bookshelf idea.
