i love how mindful and vocal you are about the pricepoint of these items. so many "desk makeover" videos are filled with pieces that add up to thousands of dollars, and theres NO mention of affordability!
Thank you! I try my best bc honestly, I get it. Things are expensive!! I’m all about finding ways to create the space we love within our budgets. My last desk tour was even more affordable too! I linked it as well for another option.
That and desktop setups that change according to sponsorships, I even stopped watching a channel because it seems a bit fake to me saying that something works for you and a few days suddenly stopped working.
@@CrisTryingToBeProductive yeah, that’s hard. I thankfully haven’t encountered that where it doesn’t seem genuine… I personally appreciate when my favorite creators/friends are sponsored because for many of them this is their full time job! But I also think it’s important for us creators to work with brands we genuinely like. But we’re human and also allowed to change our minds, in my humble opinion!

Gorgeous setup. It's taken me over a year (since I got my first desk) to realize that I lean towards 'minimal' and that's how I eventually want my home desk space to be. I watch a lot of RandomFrankP vids with all those crazy gaming setups with LED's everywhere; I like them, but something about the minimal setups he features really pull me in. So I'm seeing how other people do theirs so I can get ideas.
Love the set up! Actually love it more in that spot than your bedroom, it gives your room more space for relaxation and coming to peace towards the end of your day. 💕💕💕

I love that you moved your work area into its own separate place …I don’t remember if you worked in your bedroom …I think so but by relocating it allows you to thoroughly decompress there versus looking across and seeing your desk.

I love it. I use the transparent sticky notes. I find the useful and when I need to draw something, I can use it as tracing paper lol. Love the video and I think you're pretty. Thank you for giving me a few ideas. My besk is black and white.

This was refreshing to see a desk set up aesthetic I love❤️ your white desk ! I'll happen to have black glass desk I had wood at first from office Depot I gave that away,! But you are absolutely right the aesthetic designed look makes you feel better & work better! Decluttering our desk I have pullout tray on my desk this is glass so when pulling it out it comes out only so far but it's workable you place a writing pad or a laptop notebook you're ready to get down to business! 😊

Like your video, also your choice of monitor. I used a similar HP monitor in the past and they are better than people think… Also the hight adjustable desk with drawer is a really good idea. Have to check if for my one such drawer is available… hmmm.. we’ll see…

Yes I love having my desk in the living room! Light from both rooms shine in but it’s far enough that there isn’t the direct sun light that would hit me in my room 🥹 also I needed two desks so my bf can work on his online classes when he comes over while I edit/work! I don’t usually need a selfie light for calls but I have a ring light just in case 🫶🏽
