❤ Being excited about organisation, when one get's older, is so real. I'm so happy everytime I finally find a place for something that's been laying on my carpet/table/other side of the bed or in a random drawer for months.
Number 1 is a calm color and would give a sense of serenity. As for the lighting, having LED strip light taped around the back/side edges of the desk also makes the ambiance a bit brighter/warmer as well :)
oh yes i have the LED strip on the back of the desk! it is very lovely ~ but i've had some trouble syncing it with my philips hue app. it's pretty jank right now :(
Of the choices you gave, I'd select option 1. My rec. as a designer myself though is to buy a light neutral (light grey, cream, etc.) and add a pop of color with a throw pillow or folded blanket that is draped over the back. The neutral is a safe option for an expensive purchase and a pillow/ blanket allows you to change things out as your taste changes, trends come and go, etc. It also saves you from having to commit to a color you may not like 5-10 years from now.
ahh i feel like option 1 is too dark for my space. i don't think i have any matches for that color so far, but i did see it in the catalog and it was gorgeous with dark woods. right now, i have a tonnnn of neutrals, so really am hoping to play with a pop of color with the actual chair. idk if i can commit to 5-10 years, but definitely like 3 years. All my friends love it but I'm hoping to upgrade it to get something more like what you have. Also for the swatches I absolutely love #2 I see most people prefer #1, maybe because it probably goes better with your home deco palette but I honestly think # 2 is the absolute best!!

I would go with #2 or #3. The other colors are already similar to shades on the drawer, so there would be a lack of balance. #1 could probably still work to tie in with the bottom color of the drawer though. I love #5 by itself, but there's already a lot of yellow in the lamp and the top drawer.

Given that you live in LA, I HIGHLY recommend ensuring that anything heavy on your shelves is strapped down. West coast US is earthquake territory, so during any tremors, your heavy objects (e.g your YT plaque) could cause some serious damage.
ik im a month late but girly the zoom 98! its a full keyboard size, im not a full keyboard girly (i use a mode 65 but going to upgrade to the sat 75 x soon) but i just built one for a friend bc for some reason all of my friends like full builds but def check it out, i dont think its in stock rn but def keep up with it if you can bc its a really nice build imo and they had lots of colors
