I believe there is a way that you can spoof your controllers in order to make them far out from your body and able to hit other players far more easily, but I don't know how to do this and I've heard that it may have been patched.

Eh, I've only come across like 3-4 screaming kids in the time I've played. I've met a surprising amount of actually pretty cool people, though.
