@@WudiPlays I am pretty sure barbarian is bugged. I had my awakening at max, the enemy had no ward, and blade was empty. I HIT THEM 3 TIMES WITH MAX AWAKENING AND THEY DIDNT DIE EVEN WHEN THEY HAD BLADE THEY DIDNT DIE

I see. So swinging as you would to break something sturdy would just break both blades in half, and it's better to treat the weapons as if they were glass.
You want to use less of your blade to hit more of their blade imagine if your blade had a hp bar. Tip is 1 middle is 10 and hilt is 20 you want to hit a 20 with a 1 and so on
I've since become a master, I've learned unless you got better wifi stabbing is pointless you'll always get countered and if your very unlucky actually get hit. The best method is to go for awaken you all you have to do is fully break 3 swords. It's next to impossible to get a hit on someone with no blade or break the blade them touching your blade is a perfect parry always
@@WudiPlays it's ture, if your connection is slower despite you hitting first their sword with countine moving and hit your sword lower. Or turn your stabs into slashes from the enemy. Once again proving the quest holds great games back.

i don't think you mentioned an awakened blade is always fatal, that's kinda a very important aspect edit: you did, but you probably shouldve put more emphasis on it since that's the main way to win and what you need to look out for
practice in dojo to learn how to awaken and activate abilities, and after you're confident you know them go to solo and play that for a while so you can get a feel for the weapom

Each class has different ways to activate their abilities, like for example for samurai’s edge breaker has you to put your sword above your head, or pirates ward where you have to put your primary on your neck and secondary point towards your opponent, then put the primary on your shoulder and put the secondary down.
I feel like an idiot but even after hours of playing and watching this tutorial I don't understand what's the difference bewteen cut damage and awakened damage... Like I understand how you do them and that awakened only happens when you have awakened blade.. but how do they affect the healthbar? They both make the avatar sword shorter, no? is that just two different ways how to ruin your opponents blade HP?
Prevent your blade from taking awaken damage and do awaken damage to opponent's blade. Also can one shot your opponent directly when your blade is awaken. Checking in does the video not make this clear? Thanks.

Awaken damage higher awaken damage - lower awaken damage = damage dealt. So if you have 100 awaken and I only have 50. Only I will take 50 awaken damage. You will not. But if I have 100 awaken and you only have 50. I will do 50 awake damage to you while not taking any awaken damage myself. Cheers
That hardest thing to do is getting a kill, actually hitting your opponent seems so inconsistent no amount of faints or speed seem to get you a hit, so the smart thing would be to re break their blade due to them not trying to stab you and risk a easy death, thenissue is because the sword is so small it's better to poke at it, but if you poke it directly and not the side of the blqde ot counts as a prefect parry despite you not parrying attacks with tips of weapons. I enjoy the game but due to my old quest 2 poor tracking quality, all of the poses are hard to do fasy enough, you want to activate edge breaker ss soon ad your close enough to strike so they can't edge back and cancle it out, yet trying to trigger it is so annoying duelist points their hand foward and underhands tje sword high yet the chances of it triggering is so annoying. Yhis game is better with actual tracking, i question why devs try so hard to get their games on quest 2 knowing its better off on somehting with tracking

Its better to fully desotry blades unless you got good wifi you'll never actually end up hitting them and end up fully breaking their sworda away.

go to dojo mode and it'll show you how to do each mode. do "basic combat" for learning its stance, and each ability is explained when you select it.
