There was another comment on this video the night I published it that I replied to (but it appears they deleted it for some reason) that when I first saw the project, I saw it say "Japanese Version" next to it however when I was editing, I realized that there was another version - if that makes sense, hence why I said they were singing in Japanese. Terribly sorry about that!
@@DerekReacts No worries, I have to clarify my comment as well. As they are very big in Japan they have released Japanese versions of a few songs and earlier in their career they have even performed some of their songs in Japanese when performing in Japan. They are, however, "K-Pop" artists, which stands for "Korean Pop", although they have, over the years, become more Western and are almost "World Music".

I actually have another BLACKPINK video already recorded (this video just happened to be edited & released first - both were filmed the same day), so I'll have to put a disclaimer in this video description as well as the next BLACKPINK video!
BLACKPIINK does not sing in Japanese, they sing in Korean (They are Korean and Thai)
