I'm going this year and I'm so excited. My sister stayed there for several months and she said it's def her number one spot in Asia. She mentioned that the food, the people and so many places to see and visit is worth every penny. She's never felt so comfortable and accepted. I'm really looking forward to it.
Hello ma'am Anne, thank you for your plan to visit here in my country. Don't hesitate to visit to experience the more fun in the Philippines. I invite you and try also to visit the one and only UNESCO geopark in the Philippines in the province of Bohol which the chocolate hills and the tarsiers you find much more beauty spot here like white sand beaches and many more👍🌹❤️✌️🌏
Yes, especially in provinces.. everyday is amazing day to live in Philippines.. once i paid my loans here in ksa, i want roam around the philippines with my bike..❤❤❤
The way you said "barangay" is so perfect and natural. It's like a music in my ear lol. Thanks for learning a bit of our language as you enjoy your stay in the Philippines. Though we speak English, Filipinos love it more if you can converse to us in our native tongue. So good job!
When we were riding a metro in Barcelona Spain, someone asked for a direction and we were going to the same direction as well so they were very thankful that time, they’re from turkey (mother and daughter) and just visited Barcelona for 3 days. The mother asked us if we are from the Philippines and we proudly replied “yes” and she said “ohhh nice and kind hearted people” we smiled to them and said thank you for that compliments. And she added “i really wanted to go to the Philippines”. It feels good when you hear positive compliments about the Philippines and it’s people. Let’s stay kind and humble all the time 🙏😊
Thank you for promoting our beautiful country the Philippines, it is nice to know that many foreigners love our country because of the hospitality, the people, the weather and the tourist spots they visited here in our motherland.
Me being an older Filipino who left in my teens in the 1980's hearing foreigner say they found work and love what they do in the Philippines seems surreal. So much has changed and has improved in my birth place. We left the Philippines because we saw the hopelessness and absent of any opportunity growing up in the 70's. In my barrio almost all the grown ups were dreaming of leaving the country. We will sell our carabaos just to finance review classes for US Navy in Olongapo, pay for Labor exporting Agencies to the middle east, or even to bribe recruiters for illegal logging in Malaysia. So wonderful to hear now that foreigners are coming to the Philippines to find opportunities and work. Big contrast to the Philippines of my childhood and my youth.
youre only seeing an interview with the foreigners in one of the few rich business districts in manila. this isnt what the philippines is like to almost all filipinos.
Still the same.. Everyody wants to leave and the goverment only favors the rich. And filipino is still in the bottom of the barrel when it comes to social status and foreigners are still in the top for the past 500yrs
Even me as a filipino I love to travel all over the Philippines. I dont know why.. but i’m always amazed of the nature created by GOD.. i’m always felt tourist in my native land
we are lucky to live here. you can either try to work in the big cities, or find remote work and live in the suburbs. then once in a while pack your backpack and fly to our nice white beaches, go hiking, play golf, go on staycations, go surfing. then go back to doing your job, enjoy life, rinse and repeat. i fucking love my country ❤❤❤
Thanks for introducing and promoting Phillippines ,PROUD to be Filipino but I'm living in Canada !Miss my Home,NOW I'm your New Subscriber because what you doing to Phillippines ,thanks again
That man from Angola did not find any culture shock from the Philippines. Angolans are also Catholics. Any westerner who know how to communicate can easily adjust to the Philippines. Netherlands want to limit the influx of tourists to their country because of polution. 20 million tourists visit their country every year while the Philippines is very happy for the 3 million tourists in the first half of 2023.

We were there in April- May 2 weeks in bgc. We bought a condo next to Landers. My husband and I are both born but I was raised in Manila. It was our first time inBGC so now we can’t wait to move back.
Dude, it would be a great idea if you can also do an interview of the locals and how they feel about having foreigners around. Great spot of choice as well, since BGC is mostly where they go, other than Mall of Asia.
In our Beloved Country Philippines, Color of skin is nothing,The Most important is the Color of your heart, Always Love and Respect everything and everyone. No more discrimination.
Theres a lot more filipino non pork dish that he doesnt know about but i understand him ------> chicken tinola the best✔️ also we have a lot of fish&soup dishes here🙂

Filipinos worship foreigners, that's a fact. That's why foreigners tend live a better life in the Philippines than most Filipinos. It's just sad. Filipinos treat visitors very well but not their own people. The way that the second guy said that it's easy to live in the Philippines because it's proximate to other countries, but we Filipinos can't even go to the next nearest country without getting terrorized with questions and requirements by our own immigration office, with very high chance of getting offload! Filipinos make sure to make life difficult for their fellow Filipinos but gladly cater to all the needs of these foreigners.
Like the vid, altho you can get a better feel of the culture from another place, not in BGC. BGC is for the high rollers of society, including foreigners, so the culture of the PH is already dispersed there with combinations of other cultures.
For your info, India is near To our hearts as they are also colonized by UK for many years .. a lot of India in our country have business and they stay in our country for good..
@@uglibastard I think it's the Philippines' fault too for harping too much on the fried foods when it has a more diverse cuisine. PH markets its food poorly. It probably has the most diverse cuisine in Asia, in terms of its influence from varied cultures -- the Chinese to the Spanish to Indian to American and even some Mexican from the Galleon Trade, all having presence in the PH at some point. It offers coconut taro leaves, coconut jackfruit, mung beans, pochero, afritada, beef caldereta, ceviche, paella, straw noodles, veggies in shrimp sauce, chicken curry, beef oxtail with peanut butter sauce. Filipino food is hugely popular in the US where they say the arrozcaldo congee is better than the Chinese congee.
