@@Tibovl Not really. Alura is to create huge tempo swings, and sometimes just outright win on turn 4. She's not mandatory for the strategy, but the deck is build with her in mind. And Yrel is needed as the final nail in the coffin for aggro. You could run the 4/6 heal dragon if you really want, but it lacks the impact. Not running those two legendaries would really impact your win rate in a significant way.
@@Crawver Alura isn't as necessary in this kind of deck as the traditional midrange pure Paladin because you aren't running things like Blessing of Authority and Argent Braggart that take best advantage of her. In fact, given that you often want to combo your dude creation spells with cards like Barker, you don't even always want her to hit one of those. She basically has only two overwhelmingly good hits in this deck (Libram of Hope), which makes her a lot worse than in other lists. There's also a pretty decent aggressive dude list that Kibler was running out there that is a ton cheaper. Only leggos in it are Lorthraxion and Murgur.

There is an achievement to get Pariah up to 10 damage. And buffing it with Abusive Sergeant doesn't work, as I quickly found out. Finally got the achievement against priest. With all the achievements it's finally fun to play against priest. They give you all the time in the world to get there :)
