Wow, what a wonderful review! When I found your channel I was reeaalllyyy keen for you to take a look at Against the Faerie Queene because you're exactly the kind of person we were writing it for, so your opinion on whether we nailed it or not really mattered to us. Myself and the team are really flattered by this video! Thank you for diggin so deeply into the book and then taking the time to summarise it all so well. And thank you to your fey-fan community here! We've read all your comments and will read more, and its awesome to see such appreciation for Welsh mythology and language. Diolch! - Deren
Here is an interesting idea for a fey. I think that the tooth fairy would be an Unseelie Fey spymaster. She would be an arch fey who uses the teeth that she and her army of pixies collect to be able to scry on any mortal that has traded her a tooth for coin or boon. This seals a pact with the “Tooth Fairy.” Many mortals keep at least one of the coins she gives them for life so that in a time of great need they can rip out one of their own teeth. They create a ritual using the coin, the tooth, and the right incantations to summon the “tooth fairy” or one of her spies. The mortals who worship her may be asked to gather teeth for her collection or to assassinate those who do not pay her respect. These assassins are given a bag of all the teeth the tooth fairy has gathered from that person over the years that are enchanted to help the assassin track and kill their target. After the kill they leave the bag of teeth as a calling card.
Great review! I had never heard of either this game or this adventure, so your review got me super-interested. Especially your mention of the fact that Avallen's default rules use playing cards. I have a weakness for card-based rpgs, so I immediately went and downloaded Avallen's Quick-Start rules. Thanks for the tip. You've earned a new subscriber!
I regret not learning Gaelic when I had a professor in college who taught it. Maybe I will in retirement! For building fantasy worlds I believe that Irish/Scottish mythology and folklore are the coolest. And yes, I love the Nordic mythology too.

Thank you for the review!
There is no discount code. I think the one mentioned in the description is for a 3D model printing service
The code is for a miniature shop! I don't have one for the book.
@@feywildfiend My mistake. I will edit the original comment
No worries at all!
Looks awesome! Seems worth checking out for the art alone.

Don't worry about the Welsh. They can't even agree on how to pronounce their words
Lmaoo that makes me feel better
If I send Feywildfiend a book by Total Party Skills about Fairies, will she read it?
