how do i install when my drive is over 2tb because i cant for somereason choose a custome size

Is it a new drive? When booting the computer with the usb before running installation you can use the partition tool and format or partition the drive.

No, no major updates regularly. One major update will be Nobara 40. To check for updates use the Update System.
