All the lemon in the guac was probably so they can make big batches without it going brown on them. Fresh guac is best obviously, but I imagine that would be hard at a high traffic place. I prefer lime in it myself.
I'm Mexican American and my kids are half black and Mexican. I'm always making rice beans and carne asada and carnitas with homemade tortillas. I really don't eat out much. But its always nice to have a different taste from other Mexican places. 😁
The flour toritllas are bomb. My husband is Honduran and loves their flour tortillas. I get him bowl and I always ask for 2 warmed up tortillas on the side! I enjoyed watching this video.

Listen. I used to work at Chipotle and it was SO CLEAN and SO FRESH. One day, when I was new, I got soooooooooo mad at my manager for throwing out a huge container of peppers I’d prepped because they weren’t cut “up to standard” 🤦🏾♀️ it was 30min to open and I had to wash them a couple times before cutting and do other stuff toooooo! 😩 That was rough. One kind of cool thing was pulling all the kitchen appliances off the walls to clean the walls and floors behind/between them. I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants, and surprisingly, Chipotle is one of the two cleanest I’ve ever experienced. I don’t eat there often, but when I do I appreciate the work that went into it
It's amazing what multiple foodborne illness outbreaks in a short period of time will scare a company into doing! One more incident and they might not have been able to stay in business. Too bad it took people getting very sick to make it happen, but I enjoy Chipotle even more now that it has happened.

The opinions of the mamahs really influence my decisions. I’ve never tried the queso from Chipotle, now I want to try it because they all rated it 10. And I know not to try the carnitas taco. When the mamah gave it a 7 instead of 10+ like the others, I knew it was bad bad.
The burrito bowls are actually amazing if you get the right combo... Theres good reason I never get the barbacoa bowl and get chicken instead. I also get two types of beans if possible, the salsa verde, shredded cheese, and queso. Chipoltle's Barbacoa is awful.
You can customize it you get what you ask for so.. I feel like if they actually went to chipotle and ordered the ingredients they wanted then they wouldn’t have complained
