If the tamal doesn’t have enough fat the meat then the tamal isn’t going to be flavorful enough ❤ Also if the masa is too dry like I saw in all of them then you definitely need to add more lard and chile to your masa ❤️ There’s nothing better than eating a pork tamal and getting little chunks of fat from the meat! So delicious 😍

I really don’t like lulu and I don’t think she belongs in the line up with the other moms either. She’s so negative and bitter all of the time remember that Olive Garden video ugh I skip over her parts
