Then the video skips, starting a new feed of a bear walking into that house. It's easy to see if you watch for it. At any rate, there is little you can do as far as door security goes against a 1,000+ pound bear that wants to get in. For your peace of mind, bears don't go around bashing in doors. Every attack on a residence has been through a partially or fully opened window or door.

7:22, that bike fell apart because it had been stolen. This happens quite often in my country. Bikes are a hot commodity, so people steal them, very quickly dismantle them, and rebuild them with other stolen bike parts so they aren't easily recognizable. Then they sell them as soon as possible so there's no evidence left behind. But because everything is done so quickly, they don't tighten the bolts enough, or they don't have the right screw, so they don't put one in, etc, and then the person who bought it has an accident. The more you know 👍
That one wasn't a matter of bolts, from what I can tell. Looks like the forks just plain gave way. My own bike is an IGH belt drive. So the whole frame and crank system is not much use for such an chop shop operation. Pretty much has to be sold as is.

It’s not that, when this video was made the maker probably copy and pasted videos that have been copied before. Every time a video is posted on RUclips it’s compressed which loses data a couple copy and compress cycles down the line degrades the image and it gets worse as it’s copied and reshared.
Why are the balustrades in the USA so flimsy? So many videos of people slipping down the stairs have the person grabbing the handrail to save themselves and the entire balustrade immediately disintegrates. They fail at the exact function they are meant for.

Give yourself enough time to do what you have to do/Don’t rush 2. Move deliberately/Accept reality and tame your movement impulses 3. Take more time-Take more trips 4. Pay attention to the world around you/Situational awareness 5. Use the railing/Secure your load first/grab it right away 6. Take small steps on slippery surfaces or at night, especially at home 7. Beware of cornering! Go slow, esp. on slippery or unknown surfaces 8. Don’t walk and text 9. Don’t put things on the floor, even for a short time 10. Don’t walk with your hands full-If you have to…be extra careful 11. Don’t try to close doors with your feet w/hands full 12. Don’t try to open doors with your feet w/hands full 13. Engage core/Find feet before getting up/lifting/changing pace 14. Keep a healthy body weight. Being overweight makes you more likely to fall, more likely to get hurt if you do, and more likely to suffer complications and heal more slowly. It may not be PC, but it's true. You can witness many falls in this compilation that would have been prevented by attending to these points. But rest assured FAIL ARMY fans, me included...most people just will not do these things. Looking forward to more physics lessons in 2025!

He probably felt helpless because he couldn't think right in that instance how else to stop a car from moving other than braking.
