That is a very good suggestion. However, RUclips guidelines prohibit me in using many of the clinical images. Also, clinical acumen is learnt at the bedside when you examine the patient yourself. But teacher's teaching neet pg all of them use images and sir aap bolognia ke flowcharts use kar sakte in which it's beautiful written how to reach at a diagnosis and sir please add differential diagnosis in diseases and explain so that students can apply them in their ward rounds
