Do you think the blue splash is worth it?

Hi there! Next week I am going to participate in a big local modern tournament. I want to play ruby storm but I am unable to chouse between green, blue and white splash variant. Could you please recommend which one I should pick and why.

Hello! I think it depends on your local meta, but you can't go wrong with any configuration. The most popular right now is the red green version online. Splashing blue for Flame of Anor has felt pretty sweet and then if you want white, you get access to silence effects and Phlage (if you plan on playing the mirror or grindy decks). Green for veil has been great so I think you always want green, then if you want to splash a third color, you definitely can. Good luck at your event!

Why not cast the desperate ritual in hand at like 9:10 after you lost the flip from the 3rd ritual on that stack?
Lose flip, ral trigger is now back on the stack and you have 3 mana from the ritual, cast the last ritual in hand for one more chance at flip and also still get the cost reduction from Ral being alive?

Oh I 100% should have. I think I was stun locked by the Surgical, but at that point we were going off there so casting Desperate Ritual has to be correct. Good catch! But like you said also, if I save Ral, maybe they surgical Wish which would have been sad.
