    Such a dynamic and energizing workout! what are your thoughts on deadlifts ( with overall 4 kgs dumbbells'? ) for back thighs, glutes I find it effective though not sure if it fine with scoliosis? thanks again and again 🥰

    Hi Andrea,
    I am unable to perform the reverse lunge with kick without holding my thigh which goes down & the knee touching the floor too is difficult, is that because my lower abdomen below the umbilicus & upper thighs heavy.Which particular group of muscles are involved in this exercise .
    I am myself a gynaecologist & IVF specialist so would understand the muscles etc if you name them & would try to worK them
    Thanks , I must complement TSC connect for giving fantastic exercise videos

      Hi Rekha, thanks for your message! Great question about the reverse lunge with kick - you can try just stepping back and only go as low as you feel comfortable, and then instead of kicking, just tap your foot close to the other one :) No need to do the movement to the full degree.
      As for muscles - lunges and kicks use basically all the lower body muscles, and also require your core to stabilize to maintain your balance and elongated alignment. Hope that helps! And thank you for such kind words, we really appreciate the encouragement and any sharing of our videos to spread this information! -Physio Andrea

    Hi, do you have exercises that are designed to lose weight and build muscle for people with scoliosis?

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  4 месяца назад

      Our whole channel is filled with scoliosis-friendly workouts, meaning there are cardio, strengthening, core, and mobility exercises that are done without bending or twisting of the spine. Weight loss depends on many factors such as diet, sleep, genetics, hormones, hydration, etc and we're more focused on helping people with spinal conditions to incorporate more spine-safe movement into their week. Any of the workouts can help build muscle if you do them often enough and add weights when appropriate.

    hai.this is good for everyday ?

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  Год назад

      It really depends on your body and fitness levels. Since it’s a short full body workout, it does cover all the major muscle groups so you could do it everyday if it felt good. But we encourage everyone to choose different workouts from our playlists and try to do several a week
