I just feel like valorant skins are not exciting. I have used skins like reaver, prime araxys etc, but if I had the choice to buy, I probably wouldnt buy those skins. I think its because I just dont want to spend money on something which doesnt help me to improve my gameplay. If valorant made the skins grindable for example you have to grind X amount of XP to get this skin, then it eould be exciting and more fun.
If you like the skin or any item in the shop just buy it. You'd get sick of anything after awhile. If I get sick of a skin I just switch to another one. I don't really spend my money on much of anything so I use some of my fun money on skins since I play the game so much. However I do agree that the skins are overpriced as fuck but what isn't overpriced these days? On the other hand if you don't buy skins you don't have to worry about the skin beggars which is nice!
I just wait for the act 1 banners. Some of them are so cool. Like the chamber on vacation in France one is so visually nice and I bought it.
I have one skin with animation it's my vandal skin, and I like how it feels and sounds. I've been using it for months and haven't gotten sick of it.
