The ideology behind this is that since he got to a rank using util only, he deserves to be there doing that since he earned it himself and grinded it with the challenge. The problem comes when you get to a rank normally and then start a challenge

This is my thought when playing bastion in overwatch, ppl flamed me for throwing so often but I got that rank by one tricking so I should be allowed to imo
@@EloiUwU Overwatch is different. While One Tricking isn’t bannable in Overwatch, it’s definitely toxic as hell. The game is built on the idea that you should be changing team comps to counter that your opponents have. When you play nothing but Bastion and never switch you’re forcing your team to work around you, which is toxic enough already, but then you’re also restricting their ability to counter what the enemy is doing and possibly forcing them into a losing battle. It’s never been a good thing for the game and never will be. If you can get ranks go ahead, but don’t be surprised or question why people are flaming you.
Also, you may want to re-word your comment. The wording suggests you’re agreeing that what you’re doing is throwing and that you should be allowed to throw. People that don’t play Overwatch could easily misinterpret this.

@a------------ first of all, classic only made it to dia 3, where then the act ended. Util only. Util literally just means utility, abliities, and thats what it is. Otherwise its impossible, you can try it yourself if you want. You cant only use non gun abilities and rank up that hard. It doesnt work, straight up.

I think toxicity is kinda justified. Imagine playing a few ranked matches a day then you get a guy who is doing challenges. You will feel like he's throwing right.And chamber isn't top fragging so they aren't exactly happy with him or anything. The anger is justified as this is ranked
Plus other challenges are usually about playstyle diff- judge only might mean the player is only used to playing close and flicking with a judge. Someone with util only may as well do guardian or sheriff only

Nah cuz if you think about it, you match with the challenge only player because you at full capacity are at the same skill level as him with his challenge, so however he performs, it's kinda deserved. If he was top frag and carrying you wouldn't complain, would you? He had a bad game and it sucks, but it could happen to anyone. I don't like the idea of playing with challenge players either tbh, but I know if I match with one I can't complain, they're certainly better than me if they're at my level with a handicap. Plus on a side note, tilting and flaming always ruins team play and team morale, and that's a much bigger handicap than not buying weapons, so the moment you choose the toxic route you become the team's biggest handicap. Just a thought

Yikes. I just hate smurfs in general. I don't like having them in my team as well. Yesterday I was solo-queueing and my team had 2 plats and 2 diamonds - I was the only fucking silver in team. I asked one of them why he was here and he said he was here for warm-up. Just play DM or something then in your own fucking lobby. They just ruin the balance of the game. Just saying that I wouldn't care if viper was carrying, he isn't supposed to be here in the first place.

through year my medical psychiatric condition as made me a toxic players and I just worked being a better person in order to be a greater person
I've my traits and particularities. Not doing any challenge but i've this clear gift on snipers and when i'm stalling in an hard ranked game on my plat 3- diam account, I just take an OP, play my style (very aggressive and brainfuck) and just roll on most of people no matter their rank with an OP if it's doable (always doable, 100% never exists in both ways)
I never tried to get "higher" on the game since I would litteraly crumble under stress and tilt every minute, but I play for having fun with my friends, and since they play around Silver - Gold - Plat, I made an account called Marshal God and mostly will play Marshal only , and land many aces and clutchs... People rarely trash talk me because we either lose by far, either i'm above them and I can defend myself as a grown person... But people also asks me if i'm doing tik tok, youtube, any kind of contents or either "i'm just a smurf"
I always wanted to do some stream run "marshal only " but will never have the balls

The scroll wheel thing is something I've done in Minecraft. Butterfly clicking puts 2 fingers on lmb and one on rmb so I just move my middle finger to scroll wheel when I need it. It's not often because hotkeys are used so often but it's easier than moving 2 fingers
I mean, I understand toxicity if the game is losing because of your fault and your barely doing anything, but if you are doing at least something then is just being an asshole and there's no reason behind it, in the first game he could have won it if he wasn't doing abilities only challenge, there was like 3 games where he could have gotten more kills if he was using a gun and win the round for the team, I understand the raze to be toxic just don't pass the line
i stream for my great aunt. she was very isolated during covid, so i'd stream playing games for her. for like 4 months i only had 1 viewer, but it was the best viewer : )
Problem with doing these challenges in compititive is that if you lose, your whole team loses RR and who knows maybe someone from your team might be having a bad day in valorant already and then you decide to do util only challenge. It's okay if you do these kind of challenges in unrated or something, now don't get me wrong if you can still play good and support your team to win rounds then no one will tell you anything and no one will turn toxic.
I could also just play like shit normally and lose RR for everyone. I could buy an OP second round and get frenzy'd, I could sova ult and not hit anyone. I could accidently lock the wrong agent.

I never feel bad for people doing challenges getting shit talked. Comp is there for trying to win. If you lose because you are bad that's one thing. However if you are putting yourself at a disadvantage and losing fights/games you could have won if you weren't doing whatever challenge you are trying... then I think your team has every right to shit all over you as much as they want. Doing a challenge and winning in comp is cool, doing a challenge and losing in comp is no different from sabotaging the team IMO. Either 5 stack or suck it up and take the hate. You probably deserve it.

I used to play with my index finger on the left click and resting against the side of my mouse wheel and my middle finger on the right click. But the problem with that is I had my ptt bound to mmb and instead of clicking straight down on the mmb I'd use my index finger and push it to the side, now my scroll is all jittery and doesn't work consitantly anymore, so I've adopted the playstyle where my index finger is on my left click, middle finger on mmb for ptt, and ring finger on right click
I too use the mouse with the mid finger on the scroll wheel, it's really efficient when u get used to it.

The middle finger on scroll wheel is used by almost every pro player and majority of players that came from cs coz they jump binded to scroll wheel which makes it easier to bunny hop. I personally use space bar coz almost every AAA or non fps games have it by default and I've just become accustomed to it. A lotta people find using space for jumping as weird instead but I mean whatever suits you, use it. I'd it takes more skill to bunny hop with space bar💀😂
