@@garyblue8637 have to say, when Jackie laughed at horrible news, it was Fred playing a sound byte... When Gilbert Gottfried laughed at horrible news, it was genuine laughter... usually followed by a bunch of jokes in BAD taste!
This was easily one of the best bits on the show. When I was a kid and first started listening I thought he was really laughing, which was funny as hell to me. Then after I was a fan for a while I learned it was just Fred doing this thing, which made it 100x funnier
The laughs are truly legendary, some of the funniest radio ever produced. Jackie was a greedy ingrate when all is said and done but yet it is hard to look away back in the day funny shit!!!!
@@Landrew1208 I disagree. The chemistry wasn't quite as good but robin cracking up at Artie was hilarious I think robin started to take on the abuse from fans and got really nervous on air. She overanalyzed everything she went to say and she became all stuttery and falling over her words
Jackie Marlow was the show. When he left, it took an astronomical shit. We went from Jackie and billy west to non-stop ronnie the limo driver, tan mom, and ass napkin guy.
Billy, Jackie and Artie... Fred... i love all them... they are sidekicks though. Its like saying Conan overshadowed Andy Richter's talent. Like Andy Richter.... they all (besides the real talent; Billy west) Did... nothing afterward. Billy West also never wanted to do stern again, unlike jackie and artie
robin is so bad at doing the news. She makes everything totally uninteresting. The best part about it used to be the boys laughing and talking over her.
I didn’t listen to the Jackie era much but his laugh is very annoying. A lot of times it’s not even a laugh it’s just him yelling “aaaahhh” or “ooooowwww.” The Artie era was much better
Billy and Fred's dueling Jackie impression was a thing of beauty.
Billy being able to perfectly duplicate jackies screams was extremely impressive
This never gets old. Hilarious.
To this day, whenever I hear something truly horrible on the news, I hear Jackie's laugh in my head!
So do I. And sometimes it makes me giggle and then I like like a nut laughing at this horrible story
Me too!
So insensitive of Jackie. Such a horrible man. It's comedy gold. I miss it. My ribs hurt from laughing.

You know what was the best? When they would do the news with Gilbert, and you would hear Gilbert and “Jackie” laughing over each other. Hilarious!
Best radio ever

@@gustavthegreat2811 So great for long drives
I pulled a muscle in my torso from laughimg so hard at Jackie, and now it hurts to laugh, but I don't want to stop listening
The show was must listen radio back then. Now it's just sad.
I listen to this clip at least once a week.

Lol
Usually when Jackie laughs he's letting you know the joke Howard just made was his
Robin: a woman was beat to death
Jackie : eee hehehehe 😂 😆 😂 😆
2:16 'expensive boots'. Jackie: "HAHAHAHAHA". That laugh made no sense at all, but fuck was it funny. Such a nice fat laugh
😂😂
So much fun to wake and bake to the news back then..😂😂😂
You're the man, Lou. Brings me back to being a kid.

(((Stern))) was the greedy one. Jackie was the brains, Jackie and Fred. Howard is an unfunny shekeler.
Love the Jackie Content. Robin was actually funny when Jackie was on the show.
They all were🤣
Yes they all bounced off of each other’s energy perfectly
True. I stopped listening after Jackie left because the show got morning zoo loud w/ Artie. There was no chemistry between him and Robin.

Jackie was the ONLY reason why I listed to the show. I couldn’t wait to hear Martling’s infectious laugh. He made the days bearable.

I did love Jackie's laugh. Sometimes I laugh like him and no one gets it lol
You shouldn’t admit that. Lol, that is a crazy reason for you to have “listed” though. 😂😂😂
Jackie Puppet Forever Awesome
Howard: tells story
Jackie: "Let me inject my point of view!"
Jackie: proceeds to tell exact same details
Gotta love Marlow!
To people who knew the show, this is classic.
Cornell West: "who's that cackling in the background? Is that Jackie the Jewman Martling? Mmmmm Hmmmm."
Jackie Marlow was the show. When he left, it took an astronomical shit. We went from Jackie and billy west to non-stop ronnie the limo driver, tan mom, and ass napkin guy.
Completely agree.
Yep. It was unlistenable to me.
Wish Jackie was back. Saw him in Vegas at the Riveria aways back. Packed showroom. Awesome performance.
The show went to shit when artie left and hasn't been the same since

everytime i read "artie was the whole show" offends me because jackie and Billy were so amazing
The show took a huge shit when Jackie left. Artie was a huge piece of shit. "Hey there youuuuu" was all artie would say.

I love the Larry Amoros references !

Love the Jackie years! HERE COMES THE COMEDY TRAIN!!!!

The show jumped the shark when Jackie left.
Show was never the same after Jackie left. The 90s were sterns best years
Fred's a genius.
Billy west is there

Supposed to be Hugh Jassoul!
Happy Jackie, Jackie Happy
Crazy Alice was right , Jackie was way better than Artie
I would love to hear that.
