Jeff was the most entertaining part of the news segment. Shouldn't have kicked him out but Howard got pissy. And Jeff quickly responds specifically to whatever is said even when he's talking over someone. He pays a lot more attention to what is actually going on than you'd think he would considering how drunk/high he always is. Second to Hank, Jeff was my fav wackpacker.
