Well, we are all born with the capability of it but not that were born that way because if we are born that way then it would be much more prevalent in society. I ask for prayer for myself, my children and my now ex husband. I found out after 37 years of marriage he had erroneous affairs with men. After his father passed away he came out gay and ask for a divorce, he now leads a gay life and broke my heart. I blamed God for a long time, some wonder people helped me find my way back to my love for God.
This is so crazy cuz I was speaking to a girl online and I forgot where she told me she lived but she said she went to a church where the pastor was openly gay and promoted that lifestyle. Also they promoted abortions. Smh

That was a great video at the end. Im going through alot and because of turning towards the Lord, he led me to your vidoes. I was in a relatonship with a man who lived with someone else the whole time. Ive always known it was wrong and struggled with it everyday. When you say if you trust that Jesus is our savoir and he would turn my heart from sin, it is the absolute truth! I was able to get out of that relationship and i feel good and i know im headed in the right derection. I want to repent and trust in Jesus christ please, pray for me.

My 10 year old son and I had this 5 minutes conversation today, and we were talking about how the price of everything has gone up, when all of the sudden he concludes that even the price for christianity has gone up. I asked him what he meant, and he said with thoughtfulness in his voice "The price we pay for believing in Jesus has also gone up." I looked at him and I said...so be wise and consider the cost. We might one day lose our life for the sake of Christ, but wasn't it Christ who lost his life to pay the ultimate price to gain us redemption? What a marvelous thing to speak about such deep things to my young son. May God have his way in our lives. Amen.

No Is doing work on the Sabbath sinful according to the New Testament and Jesus? No Is fornication sinful according to Moses and Paul? Yes Is Idolatry sinful according to Moses and Paul? Yes Is homosexuality sinful according to Moses and Paul? Yes Some mosaic Laws are still upheld others are not. The Laws that are upheld are present in both Covenants.

Um you need to read the bible again. Jesus healed on the sabbath. He helped people on the sabbath if they had needs. He got corn on the sabbath when he was hungry. But do you find anywhere in the scriptures where he went and poured some concrete on the sabbath because it was going to rain the next day??? Or had to go to work on the sabbath so he can live a better life?? What I see in your replies is you are going through and putting your own beliefs In where as you need to be studying the scriptures with prayerful consideration.

My in laws use "gay" to mean "happy", and that's what my 7- year- old understands it to mean for the time being. He's homeschooled so we're able to build a strong foundation and monitor the rate at which the darkness of reality hits him... hopefully. 😳

That is pretty much the last bit, Revelations. Luther was not convinced that Revelations should even be in the Bible, describing it as neither prophetic nor apostolic. The KJV generally leaves out the books of the Apocrypha.
Similar questions must have been asked even when Jesus was on earth because he did say this: "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill."(Matthew 5:17) If they had been destroyed I would have to agree with you but, it seems clear that that is not the case. One of my sisters is bisexual, and I have seen the pain and destruction her and her girlfriend have left in their kids lives. I have seen the harm they have done to themselves. This was recorded more than six years ago so I do not if anyone will hear this. However people should look at Leviticus 18. Read all the laws on sex. I will not list them all here, but go and read them. The law on homosexuality is listed there. Many want to change that one law. Now tell me which other law do you want to change? The restriction on sex with your sister, with your mother, with your aunt, with animals etc. How and when did we become wise enough to change any of Gods laws? Now read what will happen to those who break these laws. Go ahead tell God you changed the law.

Rom. 14:5-6 also touches on such thinking and here Paul makes it clear that we are not to judge what day a person sets aside to the Lord (Sabbath). Whatever day he chooses, is between him and God.
The Word of God is forever settled. Will not change for man. Any sane person who can discern right from wrong knows this. The world's view is wrong and will always choose to eliminate or dilute the Word of God.
We are concieved and born in sin, therefore we are capable of doing anything. The very best we can do is filthy rags in the sight of God. When we understand more about the holiness of God, we understand just how sinful we are and how capable we are to do and become anything. We are enemies of God without Christ. Only through the righteousness of Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross can we be covered and be able to stand before God. We have "peace with God through Jesus Christ."

Part of me is upset about a church being themed in a biblically contrary way, and another part is thankful they have at least attempted to know Jesus and be saved... Maybe some will come to truly understand by trying ...maybe some have. Or who knows... I leave it to God.
Yes I'v been born again. But u need to ask your self, who has the authority to make a day holy, is it God, or is it man? And no there isnt one single clear verse that states God made Sunday holy, not a single one. When I found this out and I found out who it was that changed the day (Rome Catholic Church) I left the church I was brought up into, I refuse to worship on a man made day.
Well I think that Sunday was probably the day that was chosen to do Church related activities in the morning because it was either the very beginning of the week or the very end of the week(depending on where you live). It was a time that was supposed to be set aside for rest. But I mean regardless the Bible also says that we should pray without ceasing and that our relationship with God shouldn't be limited to what we hear about in church, rather it should be a part of our everyday lives. Unfortunately the Catholic Church did make it (I'm pretty sure) illegal to not attend church on Sundays back when they were in power, but you also have to remember that Catholicism and Christianity are two very different religions even if they worship the same God.

There is no verse describing female homosexuality. The closest that there is is in Romans 1 which describes women having “unnatural” relations. But in a Roman context that could mean almost anything, even showing sexual desire in the Roman world was considered unnatural for a woman. Which is to say that the Bible says nothing against Lesbians. Tell your family that you love them.
Are you able to NOT drink alcohol? If not then it is your idol. Alcohol and other mind altering chemicals cause you to see, hear, & feel things that are not true. It's lying. We are called to demonstrate God's love. Jesus gave his life for others. When you gamble you are trying to take their money. You aren't even trading. That is theft. To be good at gambling you have to trick the other person. Even games of pure chance trick players into thinking they have a better chance of winning than is true. That is lying. Apply that approach to decide if something is right or wrong.
People who argue for a total literal interpretation of the entire Bible haven’t read the Bible. The Bible is quite literally filled with songs, parables, poetry and metaphors. Not that it’s particularly relevant, most disagreements of the Bible aren’t because someone says “the Bible doesn’t really say what it says” but because they have an interpretation of scripture and someone else has an interpretation. Also, even from a Christian perspective, “the Bible is true because it says it is” is a bad argument.
Genesis 2:24: “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh." Ephesians 5:25: “For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her." Marraige is defined in Genesis and supported in NT. No verses in the bible at all suggests a husband to find a husband, or a wife to find a wife. I think marriage is holy and intended to honor the marriage of Jesus and the church. Lgbt+ individuals are welcome in the church so they may be covered by the blood of the lamb and be reborn into a new creation with new desires, desires that are holy and scriptural. Lets preach the full gospel!

If, for example, a homosexual man were at a party and started conversing with a man he found attractive, he might throw the word slyly into the conversation to see how the other man reacted. If he showed any sign of recognition, a connection could be made and they could go from there. No one else at the party would known what was going on."
There were hundreds of euphemisms none of those changed the terminology, the terminology was changed by the larger world in their condemnation of Queer people. Queer people until very recently have not defined their own terminology.
@Mary Lancaster What I intended to show was the only listed "10 commandments" are not the ones we always see. Check out Exodus 34. The end of verse 27 says "And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant. - The Ten Commandments"
@Mary Lancaster Read Exodus 34. The 10 commandments that were written in stone and put into the arc of the covenant are not the ones that are displayed in churches all around the world. The biblically designated 10 commandments include, "The first offspring of every womb belongs to me...", " Do no cook a young goat in it's mothers milk", "celebrate the festival of the weeks...", and " no one is to appear before me empty-handed."
@Mary Lancaster Yes, that contains what is often considered the 10 commandments, but only states that in the header which was added much much later. It isn't till Exodus 31 when the two tablets were written upon. But Moses smashed those. Moses had to go back up the mountain, where Moses, not God, wrote the 10 commandments onto the stone tablets. These ones were not smashed.

Regardless of this, you must turn from all sin, and trust in The Lord Jesus for deliverance from such things. I was once LGBT. The Lord changed me, because I went to Him and trust my life to Him and not to myself or any other person. Do not fear people, and do not follow the desires of your heart, for the heart is decietfully wicked. The Lord Jesus gives us a new heart and new desires, so we can have eternal life and freedom from sin. This is called being born again.

Ray's message here is this: "You don't want to support a church that doesn't accurately teach the word of God." But let's look closer at the proof text used by Living Waters and other ministries to deny Christian status and even salvation to "a certain group of people" as Ray puts it. The scripture is 1st Corinthians 6:9, or actually part of that verse, but let's look at the whole passage, carefully noting the words: "Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived, neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners shall inherit the kingdom of God. (Verse 11 continues): And such WERE some of you, but you ARE washed, you ARE sanctified, you ARE justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God." Verses 9 and 10 cannot be understood without verse 11. (And verse 12 is an absolutely earthshattering statement concerning the law of God. It is a scripture all of us should know by heart, but I leave it you all to do your own study of it.) People of God, it is very dangerous to slice up scripture to make our doctrine less messy than it ought to be. Look closely and reverently to the word of God, and remember Jesus will not turn away anyone who comes to him even if the person does not recognize their utter sinfulness.
Temptation is one thing, but giving in to that temptation is quite another. Question: Has anybody ever died from NOT having sex? "Homosexual" is a scientific term. I'm glad the 4th commandment was mentioned, but my only question is, if its not the 10 suggestions but the 10 commandments (which I fully agree with) then who on earth gave man the right to change one of Gods commandments? No where in the entire bible do we see even one clear verse stating the day of worship was changed, Amos 3:7 says God does nothing unless He tells His prophets 1st. Dont be afraid friends to research this, when God said 10 commandments thats exactly what He meant.

If God changed His day of worship we would of most definitely seen it in the New Testament, & to claim b/c they met on a Sunday once to mean God changed His commandments scares me to even think ppl would use such verses to justify that. I have infiltrated a liberal church for the sole purpose of a rescue mission. I offer training classes I label evangelism and discipleship. Though they may be coming to learn to lead others to God, some of my students hear the gospel for the first time and get saved. (BTW, I show a Living Waters video as part of each session.)
I will not partake in earthly matters. If you do not repent of your foul language you cannot enter the kingdom of God. Turn away from foul language and contentions, and trust in The Lord Jesus Christ so that you can have freedom from sin and everlasting life. I have told you the truth.

After his father passed away he came out gay and ask for a divorce, he now leads a gay life and broke my heart. My 10 year old son and I had this 5 minutes conversation today, and we were talking about how the price of everything has gone up, when all of the sudden he concludes that even the price for christianity has gone up. I asked him what he meant, and he said with thoughtfulness in his voice "The price we pay for believing in Jesus has also gone up." I looked at him and I said...so be wise and consider the cost. We might one day lose our life for the sake of Christ, but wasn't it Christ who lost his life to pay the ultimate price to gain us redemption?

I will not list them all here, but go and read them. The law on homosexuality is listed there. Many want to change that one law. Now tell me which other law do you want to change? Rom. 14:5-6 also touches on such thinking and here Paul makes it clear that we are not to judge what day a person sets aside to the Lord (Sabbath). Whatever day he chooses, is between him and God.

The Word of God is forever settled. Will not change for man. Any sane person who can discern right from wrong knows this. The world's view is wrong and will always choose to eliminate or dilute the Word of God.

And no there isnt one single clear verse that states God made Sunday holy, not a single one. When I found this out and I found out who it was that changed the day (Rome Catholic Church) I left the church I was brought up into, I refuse to worship on a man made day.

Well I think that Sunday was probably the day that was chosen to do Church related activities in the morning because it was either the very beginning of the week or the very end of the week(depending on where you live). It was a time that was supposed to be set aside for rest. But I mean regardless the Bible also says that we should pray without ceasing and that our relationship with God shouldn't be limited to what we hear about in church, rather it should be a part of our everyday lives. Unfortunately the Catholic Church did make it (I'm pretty sure) illegal to not attend church on Sundays back when they were in power, but you also have to remember that Catholicism and Christianity are two very different religions even if they worship the same God.

There is no verse describing female homosexuality. The closest that there is is in Romans 1 which describes women having “unnatural” relations.
But in a Roman context that could mean almost anything, even showing sexual desire in the Roman world was considered unnatural for a woman.

We are called to demonstrate God's love. Jesus gave his life for others. When you gamble you are trying to take their money. You aren't even trading. That is theft. To be good at gambling you have to trick the other person. Even games of pure chance trick players into thinking they have a better chance of winning than is true. That is lying.

People who argue for a total literal interpretation of the entire Bible haven’t read the Bible. The Bible is quite literally filled with songs, parables, poetry and metaphors.
Not that it’s particularly relevant, most disagreements of the Bible aren’t because someone says “the Bible doesn’t really say what it says” but because they have an interpretation of scripture and someone else has an interpretation.
Also, even from a Christian perspective, “the Bible is true because it says it is” is a bad argument.

Ephesians 5:25: “For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her." Marraige is defined in Genesis and supported in NT. No verses in the bible at all suggests a husband to find a husband, or a wife to find a wife. I think marriage is holy and intended to honor the marriage of Jesus and the church. Lgbt+ individuals are welcome in the church so they may be covered by the blood of the lamb and be reborn into a new creation with new desires, desires that are holy and scriptural. Lets preach the full gospel!

It isn't till Exodus 31 when the two tablets were written upon. But Moses smashed those. Moses had to go back up the mountain, where Moses, not God, wrote the 10 commandments onto the stone tablets. These ones were not smashed.

People of God, it is very dangerous to slice up scripture to make our doctrine less messy than it ought to be. Look closely and reverently to the word of God, and remember Jesus will not turn away anyone who comes to him even if the person does not recognize their utter sinfulness.

I'm glad the 4th commandment was mentioned, but my only question is, if its not the 10 suggestions but the 10 commandments (which I fully agree with) then who on earth gave man the right to change one of Gods commandments? No where in the entire bible do we see even one clear verse stating the day of worship was changed, Amos 3:7 says God does nothing unless He tells His prophets 1st. Dont be afraid friends to research this, when God said 10 commandments thats exactly what He meant.

I have infiltrated a liberal church for the sole purpose of a rescue mission. I offer training classes I label evangelism and discipleship. Though they may be coming to learn to lead others to God, some of my students hear the gospel for the first time and get saved. (BTW, I show a Living Waters video as part of each session.)
