JRC is getting more listing for rentals and sales. I have found most "agents" only have a couple of units they represent and have little motivation to look for others as they have to share the commission.

If you have an ACR I card, you must do the annual report..

SRRV visa ID requires renewal. The cost of ID renewal is 10 dollars.
Only the srrv with us military dd-214 is a 10.00 a year renewal.
