    Another great video! Do you notice a difference daily driving or was this more for the track?

    • @BWItoATXF
      @BWItoATXF  2 года назад +2

      Thank you! I definitely noticed a difference. As mentioned on the video, on ramps I did notice the rear become more disruption under too much load in dampening.
      But being tuned into handling characteristics with the car, you do notice benefits like more responsiveness from less body roll (even on coils). But adds to oversteer on uneven roads. Almost thrust angle is dynamic (which is bad).
      I can’t say I love this mod standalone but hoping for better with supporting mods.

      That’s the air tank for my front air cups. Check out my previous videos.

    I have a little more thread on one side than the other. Do I need to fix that?

    • @BWItoATXF
      @BWItoATXF  5 месяцев назад +1

      I would. That means that one side threaded before the other.
      However, if there’s enough thread engagement on each side, should be a bit benign. I would fix it though.

      @@BWItoATXF I was kinda hoping you wouldn’t say that, and I was kinda hoping you would. I just spent a few hours correcting it. That bar was a pain in the ass. I don’t ever want to do something like that again lol. I need to take the time to let you know I enjoy your videos. You have a fine car. Subscribed.

      @Brandon-jy2yl yeah the bar install wasn’t the funnest install. But once installed, you’re all set.
      Thanks for the kind words, happy you’re enjoying the content! Thanks for the sub as well, more to come!

      Probably no time soon unfortunately. I have the parts. Just don’t have the room anymore to install myself.

      @@BWItoATXF that sucks, Do you think I can install it by keeping the car on jack stands?

      Not sure if you’ve seen my recent videos, but posted installation videos of the two rear underbracing pieces. Hope it helps!

    Thanks for posting this video, it was very helpful for installing the rear strut brace on my GS350!
    I used your idea of marking the location of the hole on the trim with a hammer. For the hole, I used a tip I found on a Mopar site to burn a perfect hole in the trim. Then I used rubber grommets to give a nice clean OEM style look to the install!
    Check it out here! ruclips.net/video/cIJYJP1m6Xs/видео.html

      Not a problem, happy to hear it helped! Do you have a link to the burn hole discussion, sounds very interesting and useful. Your final result looks like perfection, well done!

      @@BWItoATXF Thanks!
      I don't have the link, but it was really simple. Just get a piece of pipe, heat it up with a torch, and it will melt right through the trim piece. I used a piece of 1" EMT conduit which has an outside diameter of 1-3/8". Then I purchased the appropriately sized grommet.

      @fp.3710 yeah that’s next level and high precision. Hopefully someone will consider it as an option for their future install.
