@@bradleyjamesss5964 don't think so. Most PowerPoints are forgettable becoz they're not presented well. My point was that I couldn't see his board clearly. For that matter, you could write on slides using a tablet too. That would be very good. Pls don't think all tech is bad.

    • @JR-ee4xf
      @JR-ee4xf 4 года назад +1

@@bradleyjamesss5964 of course it's my opinion. I think he could have done even better with a slide. It's not like someone else will be narrating it if done so, will it? I understand if he doesn't have the option for one, but it would have been even better with one. Using a PowerPoint effectively makes a presentation much better. No one is saying he is marketing or such, that wonderful narration with a slide would be much easier to remember too. You think visual representation is just a fancy, marketing tactic?
And oh robots are going to be just fine.

    Greetings from Poland!
I lived in city my whole life, but I'm sick of this life. I build a house in country, and now I'm finishing it. I have 1200sq meters of land, so I decided to grow as much food as I can for my wife and my kids. Want to start a small market garden and food forest, some chickens for eggs for my family, some meat rabbits. I read a lot of gardening books, a lot of permaculture books and this is life I want to live. Don't want a lot of money, just a simple life with my family, connected to nature.

He is a man with a perfect vision of what he wants in life. He knows what he is doing. He is a businessman actually. He did his homework, first he did a research of what people need, so he knows what to plant, where to sell, he knows how much will be his projected income, these are part of a feasibility study which is they key factor to a successful business venture. He has the skill to do it. with no capital to start is not a problem. he uses what I have learned as OPM (other people's money) in his case his mother's land. the best because he is not going to pay any rent. Perfect business plan, and all is left is to execute the plan and he did it... I have been saving for a while now to buy a piece of land and I have now the courage to just buy a small one to start with...

My dear friend. It all sounds too simplistic. Farming at any level isn't a child's play. If you are doing this kind of activity in the tropics or at the equator the weather is not always on your side. So in chronological form your problems are:
      1. Weather
      2. Soil _ well drained, manured, loose and free from weeds and pests.
      3. Appropriate type of tools, the more the better.
      4. Water - adequate supply of clean water (a luxury in most parts of the world). Tap water full of chlorine and other minerals is often harmful. So you must provide area for storing rain water protected from evaporation and mosquito habilitation.
      5. Physic - not everyone is built or blessed with perfect health or physic. In other words you will need labour.
      6. Labour - this means money.
      7. Money - wether you use your grandfather's or your girlfriend's property no one in his tight mind can do without money. There are untold expenses that come in your way which require money. Unless you make provisions in your budget and be able to execute in your cashflow you are doomed to fail in your enterprise.
Returns - this Burmese friend of ours talks of returns of up to three times the basic wage. What is his basic wage, may I ask? Is it $100 per month? The average basic wage in poor countries is roughly is $300 per month with housing, medical, local annual leave and gratuity.
I could go on and on. However if it is a pastime or sideline then one can do it. This gentleman does not show us what his farm looks like before we make a rational judgement. However I have come across a novel solution that involves little effort once installed. I will try and attach a photograph of possible. Otherwise if one is interested please get in touch with me.

@@cursinmariacorreia1077 I think you have to watch the video and listening more carefully before judging. He talks about gardening, not farming and the differences between the two... ;-)
Me and wife have the same plan for our small farm in addition to our retirement in Thailand soon. I have done due diligence in our village where there are at least half an hour to the nearest market and a little bit more to a small supermarket. I can say that Jon's example of the economic in this case is very close to what we came to. But we bought the trees and bushes when we still are in our jobs, he planted fro seeds and saplings he got from neighbors and family. So I prefer to listen to Jon Landai and not trust any armchair farmer that came across a "secret novel solution" without any examples at all...

Apart from your reference to Father God, I agree with what you say.
Ponder on "Lord's Prayer" and you will realise that there is only one and only creator and Jesus (peace be upon him) was a prophet of God and Mary was the best of the women (peace be upon her) who gave birth to Messenger of the one and only true God.
May you and us who are grateful for what we have follow the straight path. AMEEN!

Wise! Thank you, I’ve lived in the US in a big house that kept me and my husband as a slave. You are very correct in the saying of “robot”. Simple brings peace, THE MOST HIGH provides all your needs everyday.. We were created to be free and the life THE MOST HIGH designed for us is free. That freedom is coming soon, THE MOST HIGH Will DESTROY THE WICKED SOON. We who trust YAHUAH will inherit PARADISE, which is the original purpose of the earth. THE CREATOR created THE EARTH with a purpose, everything grows from the earth. The earth is not a spinning ball! Time to wake up sheeple! Looking forward to living in paradise💯❤️

Describing my dream life! Slowly working on it. Unfortunately, even the cheapest things here are rarely 100% free. I'm doing it without cost, but it's very slow here. My eggs pay for my chickens, my vegetables pay for my guard dog, and I want to add some fish to the pond. I bought some seeds, but most are seeds that I saved. Hoping I can make enough to slowly add trees.

Sometimes a person can benefit more by using a small approach to operating a business. In that manner you can occupy your time with multiple tasks and not generate the boredom produced by repetitions of doing the same thing over and over.

Good job, I have a small garden in the back yard and I do grow tomatoes, potatoes, beans, peas , I make my own compost but just from leaves and lawn grass and yes it takes too long.
