WOW! That's amazing. I like that feature of sending the problem to the corporate tech. They may or may not have "the" answer, but can help to lead you in the right direction. Shortening the time spent for technical lookup, then sending info to the service advisor who contacts the customer about parts, costs, etc helps to eliminate tech downtime between jobs. I used Alldata for 20 years until they went online for the work order program. Hate it with a passion. Had to switch. Still use the online service info of course as it’s the best. (Plus Mitchell because no one is perfect lol)
That's incredible! I like Tekmetric but damn, that's some next level stuff to include diagnostic scan tool integration. Did you happen ask what the subscription costs are?
Hello how are you thank you for sharing this type of videos in my country Venezuela we do not have this type of events a question the system is scanner type that you can access the error codes and the system makes the direct connection with the database that cost that system has monthly or is it annual ...
Those diagrams are built into VIDA, in these cases where i didn’t feel like paying Volvo 90+ bucks for a diagram, i submitted a library request with Alldata, and received the OE diagrams shortly thereafter
I’m sure there are legal issues with doing this. That’s why there are dedicated service information providers for those outside of the states. Not to mention, completely different vin numbers, vehicle configurations, diagrams, etc Do you know of any service information provider that provides accurate service information to the USA along with to every other country out there?
I have always been a fan of Alldata... They have come such a long way... I am glad to see that they are always improving!

Wish they we had this in Australia. I don't know know why Alldata doesn't expand worldwide. I'd jump straight on this.
They are in Europe and are expanding. They might come to your locale.

Maybe someone can tell me why all data and others don't support diagrams for newer Volvos. And some other Euros.
