    Dear Mr. Luke,
Thank you so very much for sharing your memories of Iran, an Iran before it was taken over by the Islamist and other so-called "revolutionaries". I only wish that other Americans would come forward and do the same, instead of speaking in private.
I wish you many happy years to come.

yeah i agree. i'm also half iranian and my grandfather worked directly under the shar. as soon as the shar left he had to leave the country or he would be killed. and all those millions were useless.

This video is talking about Iran in the 1970s. Since that time there has been a revolution and a complete restructuring of the government so any attempt to try and apply modern descriptions to previous times is like calling the Holy Roman Empire nazis.
    Nice video, BTW.

shoma cheghadr tahsil-karde hastid ke reference source "wikipedia" hast lol!!!
by the way, Dr Mossadegh was NEVER democratically 'elected' by the Iranian people, he was simply 'appointed' by the Shah and the Parliament as Prime Minister according to the constitution!
Also, don't disrespect Iran's national religion, i.e. Islam.
Whether you like it or not, the overwhelming majority of Iranians are muslims; however, we do respect all religious minorities...

Every empire has fallen . Your point has no credit. Mongols, Byzantines, Aztecs, Mayans, Spanish, English, Russian, Roman, Huns and countless more . The USA has been around 400 years PEANUTS> Even Germany has towns over 800 years form Germanic origin. I like america but its credit cards are over spent. We will see what happens to their currency. It may end up like Zimbabwe. Well see how it all plays out.
