SO GLAD that you brought up how physicians don’t really talk much about nutrition! Seems as if you are really wanting that information then they pass you along to a nutritionist. Which is all well and good EXCEPT that A LOT of insurance co. do NOT cover nutritionists or the nutritionist does not deal with insurance co.‘s. If you take a demographical look at obesity and disease, it is much worse in lower income families. People that I know who are on government assistance try to make their dollars stretch. Buying processed foods is MUCH cheaper than purchasing Whole Foods in general! I notice that even fast food restaurants are taking food stamps.😳 I really wish that physicians would at least start to explain the importance of good nutrition and especially what benefits they can receive from plants! Especially reversing some diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Really loved this podcast! (Sorry that my comment was so long! Lol!)

This was a wonderful show, Chef AJ. Not only did I get a lot from her talk, I was happy to see she was a part of the Barnard group. I've had a crush on Neal since 1996!

Chef AJ, wonderful interview as usual. You mentioned working with someone that was helping you get organized or get rid of things. Could you tell us who that is, and do you have plans to have them on your show?
