    Perhaps your most enjoyable video! I've run around the Key's quite a bit, but this is a trip I've yet to make yet. The video quality is great, but I think your best work is that by watching your videos a boat owner can see the practice of safe boating, using good judgement, properly maintaining a boat and ethical sportsmanship. Thank you for a most enjoyable and informative channel.

    Captain so glad to see all your hard work & electronics updates making your trip smooth. Auto pilot is the way to go! Worth every dollar, the convenience that it affords you to relax more, keeping you better on course & fuel saving bonus too. Well done tackling all those nice groupers, you can tell they don’t see many fishermen. Let us know total nm you did on your trip & fuel usage. Glad you brought extra jugs of fuel.⛽️ Looking forward to bringing our new boat to the Tortugas too. Thank you for doing this trip. See you in part two. ⚓️

    Hi Capt.... you are fortunate to have such beautiful places as these available for fishing and cruising! (It's as nice or better than the Bahamas, and the Bahamas make it hard for anyone to go there anymore)... Those Grouper are awesome, and the beautiful clear waters are exceptional. We don't have clear water in our local cruising grounds.

    That looks like more fun than I had when I had my boat I was 45 miles off Port Charlotte and caught 5 red grouper in about an hour but I also caught a lot of shark so it seems like you had a lot more fun than I did. Because you didn't have to deal with sharks.

    • @OutOnTheReef
      @OutOnTheReef  5 месяцев назад

      Yes, I agree, captain and I solved some sharks in this area so they do become a hassle to fish when you have shark's presence on the water.

    That red grouper just killed Bahama catches. Great catch Capt Crooked best yet congrats. You can troll a Rapala mid diver 20 to 25 ft of water and catch grouper,yellowtail and mutton , I think you found your new home away from home. You don’t have to go all the way to Dry Tortugas any where in between is good. start hitting marker on gps for your catches and write what you catch there. Happy for you Capt. Make double sure of your lengths and limits. Just wanted to say congrats on this trip so far ok back to movie. Ooh don’t forget about Islamorada hump there is a great fishing there too. JT 🇺🇸🇺🇸🐟🐠🎣🛥
