In our stay we booked in for the Excellence club and received complementary Spa treatment 50 minute therapy, complementary personalized breakfast in bed, complementary personalized gifts, champaigns, liquors and soo much more.

They gave us the xtras Wen we told them it was our anniversary, totally surprised by the awesomeness

Hi, it might be hard to remember because its not something most people keep an eye out for, but were there ramps to get to most places? Im in a wheelchair. Booked for November.
Yes they did have wheel chair access I do remember a young man in a wheel chair as well celebrating with his family there
Nice video. I have to say the club room had a better mini bar when I stayed last. I watched your video because I was interested the beach houses.
Ok I get you , maybe they made some adjustments to the mini bar , how did you find the amenities of the beach house
Didn't stay in beach house. I was in the Club Swim out in 21. The resort is fantastic. Coming back in 3 week for my birthday with family and friends@@themoneytalksshow

Bell man , if u would like or may spa service, but they don't ask. You are made to feel as comfortable as possible
Did you have to show proof or anything of your anniversary when you told them? Im highly considering this resort for my anniversary as well after watching your video.
No you we did not , once you told them you got the royal treatment

They would prefer USD but jmd is fine if you have it but not less than 500 jmd

@@denisebrown-martin7613 there were some long wait times at popular restaurant eg Lobster house , but the staff made up for it with extra lobsters due to the reschedule of our dinner due to crowd management booking delays . Btw it was worth the wait the food was excellent
