The plot is simple, there is no plot …
Just a guy, happy with a magic lotion (a sanitizer spray) that made his hair grow, and then singing Sabah's "Al Nadda".
Thus … "Modern Times 2" !

ABOUT THE VIDEO
The little film that started it all …
This short silent film was envisioned (too big of a word ?) by my cousins and I, back in 2008.
It was a trial, so to test our capacities in filming, acting and editing, in the hope of crafting a longer film, with a proper story, later on.
Of course, this was created using Windows Movie Maker !
This small project was done under the umbrella of what we called "Club Hitchcock", our summertime club dedicated to fun, games and creativity.

Raymond Aftimos is a Lebanese film school graduate from IESAV-USJ and works as a filmmaker, director, editor, writer, screenwriter and researcher.
Since 2012, and apart from his personal projects, he has been active in both theatre and filmmaking and has contributed, mainly as a freelancer, to several works, under the direction of creators such as Philippe Aractingi, Betty Taoutel, Lina Abyad, Émile Sleilaty, Carmen Labaki, Feyrouz Serhal, Carol Mansour and Muna Khalidi …
He is passionate about entertainment, performing arts and music, but also equally enjoys crafting archive, portrait and historical documentaries.
