Then they donate (which I am doing thru a young man who does hair cuts for homeless) but the bulk of the items they resell to make money to offset the purchase of items in their life they cant coupon. Check fb market places and the flea markets. Many sell "sets" to reel in the customers. I also agree with you it is almost like an addiction to some. In my case its kind of obsessive compulsive. I buy some to donate, some for my mom and daughter. Occasionally yes I buy items I dont need but that's due to the fact of it being a money maker. I honestly think about when i retire I may become a part time seller to supplement my income so I am not one of those old ladies begging on the internet. 🤔🤷♀️

This is probably the best episode I’ve seen of extreme couponers. Every other person is over obsessed and uses their family to help them when they don’t seem interested. This family all seems to like couponing considering one of her sons created that coupon robot for her. She is also using everything she gets and gives the stuff to her family who needs it. This is probably the sweetest lady I’ve seen on these episodes.
My stores won't take coupons without bar codes and expiration dates. They also have a limit of 4 coupons on most and some a limit of only 2 coupons. These days are long gone, I'm afraid 🙄
Omg! Right! I went to Walmart with 8 coupons. The cashier had to read every single one thoroughly and then ask for a manager. It saved me $23 on a $58 bill. But it took 20 min to cash out. Including pissed offpeople in line. 😡

Ask your neighbors who get the paper if they use the coupons. You'd be surprised at how many don't. I used to work at a convenience store & for a while I worked Sundays. Many people would throw the ads & coupons out. I started asking if I could have them instead.
Also sign up for news outlets from online . I tried couponing some years ago but I couldn’t understand the math part & the 1 coupon limit to one person thing
Great job and loved your video. I have been couponing for almost 40 years myself but not as extreme as this lady. The last 4 years have been extreme to me because we have a Harris Teeter supermarket here that have super doubles once a month. Limit of 20 double coupons up to $2.00. You can really save and stock up on just about everything. Wish this had happened 40 years ago. Again, loved the video.

Smart people use coupons. Only stupid people pay more for stuff they buy anyway by not using coupons. When I can get $35.00 worth of laundry detergent for $7.00 I'm the smart one. I shop sales & use coupons to go with them. Not everyone is rich & you'd be surprised how many rich people coupon for everyday items. Over $1 billion dollars in coupons go unused every year.
Wish you were able to coupon in the UK, we are not able to anything like this..one coupon at a time and it can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer...not fair!

Most things last longer than the expiration date. Especially canned food and dried food. You should always check the food before throwing it away. Most of the time it is fine and the dates are set to make you throw away good food and buy more.
It's kind of an organized hoarder. I like that they get what they need and want and not just random stuff but doesnt some of that stuff expire before it could've been consumed? They should also do extreme couponing for shelters I think :)
@@Kayla620there has been at least two good cause couponers: - a couple who couponed for a shelter and got everything free with the coupons - a lady who couponed and used stockpile items to cater for her sister’s wedding reception - a lady who couponed to cater for her church’s Fellowship meals
