I'm 59 .20 years training. I got a stroke.I came back to the gym 1 week ago. Last workout was 5x5 95 lbs.squat and incline bench press 3x3 65 lbs.I hope be much better in 6 months.
It’s much more common then ten percent, I had just turned 47 and was in outstanding shape, I hand an air bubble go through my PFO after a minor medical procedure

What's the mechanism. Would you explain. What is the difference between regular gym exercises and this stroke exercises.
