Ukemi practice

- Just before England went into a second lockdown, I taught a class on ukemi and at the end registered some of the falls practiced in that class.
They are a collection of drills learned from my teachers over the years (mainly senseis Ismail Hasan and Donovan Waite). I highly recommend learning as many different possibilities and incorporating them into you body vocabulary.
