Ok can anyone pls hear me out; what do you recommend for a virgin semi-dark hair? I always see people advising against bleaching your hair at home but I still want a color pay-off so idk if I can achieve that without bleach? I mean if I’m gonna mess w my easily-damaged hair I might as well go for a COLOR color like... a non natural shade, Plus I like my hair color if we’re talking long term which for reference is kinda of “ashy” black like- it’s not super dark that it got stained by henna which’s I apply super rarely and was almost +6 yrs ago as a pre teen maybe, it wasn’t for color but hair care I guess,it now looks dark brown and you can see the contrast when I wear dark clothes or go out in the sun. Whew. Pls help 🏃🏻♂️
If you had put some color to your hair before isn't virgin anymore, now if it had grown out in 6 years it's your natural re growth, if you want any unnatural color such as GDY you have to bleach ur hair to at least to a dark blonde to see any color sticking to it, it's just inevitable, but now there are plexes Like olaplaex and stuff that nourish the hair when bleaching and it helps to maintain its integrity so it's just about doing it right and maintaining it with hair treatment afterwards
the lightener for gdy is deadass the best bleach ive used in my life my hair didnt feel damaged it didnt hurt i had probably no hairloss and it lifted great, so i reccomend it. However if you really don't want to use bleach, if you use purple, red or really anything that matches the level of dark your hair is, itll just bring undertones though, it most likely won't be bright unless you use bleach. But yeah like I said I've bleached my hair tones of times and gdys lightener is most likely the safest.
Pink Puff did absolutely nothing to my fiances platinum blonde hair. I love your guys hair dye, I've used Rock Lobster, Ppl Eater and Blue Ruin. But I've gotta say that sometimes the color you put on your boxes is absolutely NOT the exact shade.
