    I am not a women of colour but can agree that women who comment passive aggressively about perfume or elevated style are usually insecure and jealous. I allowed them to intimidate me for years, and now I’m all about celebrating life. Thank you for your energy and advice.

    Myrrh is actually a regal substitute for Oud if you are on a budget, worn by kings for centuries and you can find an authentic Arabic seller on eBay or Amazon

    Great tip of adding some oud oil to a ‘young’ perfume as that is often my problem. They seem too childish compared to how I come across.
    My favourite perfume house is Guerlain and I love almost everything from them. Especially Mitsouko, L’Heure Bleue, and Apres l’Ondee.
    I have a soft spot for anything violet scented even if it edges towards old lady but it just suits me so well.
    I’m a regular reader of Fragrantica and so far it’s the best site to get an idea of how a perfume would smell and what notes they have in case of allergies

      Violet is very Grasse. A lot of women who complain something is “old lady” simply haven’t had the privilege of having their nose properly trained and would rather wear Britney Spears.
      Add oud or misk or Boukhour to your perfume and bam it’s sexy & expensive

      Myrr which is frankensense oil, Misk also and rose oil also drive men wild but are affordable. Mixing oud with your perfume is definitely a game changer. It elevates your perfume and drives men insane. You only need a touch .. one on your fingers on a date and one on your neck. Your date won’t know what hit him if you apply oils like that

    Just a comment because there are some liars spreading fakes and rumours. Lancôme wasn’t common in the USSR in the 1950s and 1960s. It was available in the Breyozkas. And my mother’s Lancôme perfume isn’t the one pictured. My grandfather was not gay and went to the party store, for party elite after work to get Chanel No 5. It was sold out. He then asked what French perfumes they have and he found a Lancôme he liked and got that, as a military man. It would not occur to him to order Chanel No 5 in advance. He got it for her after they restocked it. Then Chanel No 17 that she liked more.
    To understand heterosexual men, American Wall Street brokers love La Vie Est Belle, which is the best selling perfume in France. Personally I find it too common like Baccarat Rouge and would get Trésor if one is going for a Lancôme perfume. Ladies Lancôme makeup aside from mascara & foundation is trash. Their mascara is not bad but their foundation is okay. Elite women get different things from different brands. MAC is the king of effective eye makeup but their foundation is trash. Lower class women only care about brand but elite who can easily get brand focus on quality. Brand obsession is a sign of a lack of taste. The brand obsessed gossipers are losers who are too lazy to create a RUclips channel and too unattractive and scared to show their real face.

But I feel some people called "professional" just don't know their stuff like you or just apply what's trending (especially for me that is in my early twenty's). How do you know you're dealing with someone that's for real a professional ? Where can I find one ?

      In my secret group there is the lengthy discussion of oud... to join message me at @maria_almasani on instagram ... and to be honest any of them work... if you let's say don't want to join I recommend Jo Malone's Oud combos... though its not the strength & pyschological power of an Arabian oil... it smells expensive.
      For online you can get samples of oud inspired western perfumes so that you have a 2D idea. Western perfume is like 2D and eastern is like 3D perfume. Now misk oil can be well priced and you can add a tiny touch of it to your current perfume and it will smell so much more expensive... in our group we discuss in detail. Oud and Misk are different but Misk is like a fainter cousin of oud... I will never say a bad word about Misk because Prophet Mohammed liked it and will never say its inferior because I want to go to heaven... and it smells like Misk... but it has some of the same qualities that make oud sparkle though less intense, though it is different.. also woody but different.

I purchase the travel sprays that I tuck into my purse or evening clutch so I can reapply. Perfume vibes with your body chemistry, so what smells fabulous on one lady may be horrid on another. @@falsehoodbasher7240 simply one that looks like in the video. It’s the oil not the brand that matters. It’s what brands love to use in their perfume. You can get it for an affordable price because people who use it in developing countries are not wealthy and then it’s repackaged and diluted in elite western perfume. Western perfume chemically dilutes oil. Basically you want a halal rose oil. Now the cheapest ones can be diluted with other oil. In Yemen where we have a war you can buy it now for a dollar but $20 in peace time. Online $20 is a good one, $15, $12… you will find in a small bottle but a little goes a long way. Oman often has some good ones. In India it’s called Attar & that’s the Arabic name as well. If you can’t get Arab - India has a great industry though I am only familiar with their oud.

      @mariaalmasaniroyalhouse9214  2 года назад +4

      Aww thank you. Trésor is lovely and a hint of oud… just let the bottle apply to your fingers works. More than one touch is too much… that stuff is powerful and can knock people out. And a touch on the neck. You can play with misk as well and find something to your personal taste. Mixing things make it unique. I love trésor because you don’t see many women wearing that and it’s very classy and feminine. For trésor you can also play with Arabic authentic rose oil. You can find some under $20 on Amazon or eBay. Real oud is pricey but other Arabic perfume ingredients are not. Many western perfumers buy the oil from Egypt and dilute with alcohol. So lavender and violet are more expensive since they are made in France … oud will always be. Myhr like from the Bible is another interesting wood oil that can make your perfume smell richer and more expensive.
      I would start with the rose then play around. As for oud you can get samples of western weak imitations on Amazon. I have not seen a good imitation of Misk. I like it’s appropriximation on St Laurent vintage perfumes that Anna Bey fans hate.
      Trésor is an excellent choice. Mix with Arabic rose oil. A brush on your finger and a brush on your neck

I have no idea what my problem is as I have no problem with natural oils. However, the oils I use are therapeutic, like Rosemary, which he hates. I tend to tolerate more manly smells while he likes more feminine ones. I am guessing this becuase I bought rose oil once and he did not complain. I really want to make him happy, do you have 1 or 2 suggestions to look into for someone like me?

    Personally I believe you should wear the perfume, not the other around. As long as you understand how to deal with the perfume you're wearing, your body chemistry to the perfume, you shouldn't have to be afraid. I live in hot humid tropical country, but I have a lot love for powdery spicy balsamic perfume, and have soft-spot for white floral tuberose old-lady perfume. I love Youth Dew, Diamonds, Boucheron, No.5, Paris YSL....pratically perfumes from grandma's vanity 😂 I learned even in hot humid weather, I can still rock those spicy or old-lady perfumes.
    Edit: My rule in wearing heady spicy perfume or "old-lady" perfume, restraint. No more than 3 spray for day, and 5 spray for night. Spray from 20cm distance.
    I love CH No 5 EDT, for me it's a lot more beautiful than EDP. My late grandma had the EDT, in my head it was the epitome of elegant & class.

      @mariaalmasaniroyalhouse9214  2 года назад +1

      @@goddessglow6996 all. Now oud is the king of Arabian oils. When you combine perfume you have to understand how it works. That is where smelling expensive comes in. Kate Middleton wears Orange Blossom from Jo Malone. The top note, orange blossom, is a traditional Arab fragrance and even a traditional flavour in Arab cuisine like a vanilla. Though less common than vanilla. And it’s mixed with a woody/Smokey bottom note. Bottom notes are unisex & a good one kicks your fragrance into expensive. So good bottom notes are myrrh, oud, Misk. Patchouli smells hippie so I avoid it.
      So add a bottom note oil, to a top note… which could be a western perfume or rose, jasmine, orange blossom. Lavender might combine well with oud, though it’s French with an Eastern fragrance but it’s popular in the Middle East as is Lavender Musk.
      So it’s how you combine - sweet even almond oil perfume to rose to any floral on top and oud/Misk/wood on the bottom. You can use a citrus instead of floral if you are very young but then combine with oud to balance the youth of the citrus as oud smells ultra sophisticated and grown up.
      Play around and see what you enjoy. On a small budget get myrrh or Misk. And add to your perfume. Bigger budget? Add oud. Bigger budget also add a matching top note from your perfume… play around with the different oils and create your own signature fragrance

      @@hautecouture2228 it’s not too much if you have a drop if your aim is to seduce. In a hospital you should absolutely wear no scent. Oud is hypo allergenic & Jo Malone & Narcisso Rodriguez can spike a very terrible allergic reaction because they are synthetic. I would not recommend allergenic chemical perfumes as something neutral but if you don’t like Oud, Misk is incredible and is what western musk tries to poorly imitate. Mix Misk with Lily of the valley and you will smell better than anyone. Jo Malone used orange blossom water with Misk. Might as well use the original without chemicals.
      I recommend what actually is sexy and I don’t recommend plain Jane self castration stuff because heterosexual men don’t like to have sex with dinosaurs. My latest video is about sex with dinosaurs.
      Men don’t understand day vs night fragrances unless they are gay. A day vs night fragrance impresses women and gay friends. Heterosexual men are impressed by one signature scent you have until you finish the bottle.
      Jo Malone smells like Basic B*** . Since it was princess Catherine’s fragrance every doormat nice girl has to have it.
      I am telling you how to be a man eater, not a plain beige loser who gets complimented by women for not being a threat. I was that castrated Elegant dinosaur who couldn’t get a man in my early twenties.

      Hermes & Chanel have a few perfumes that are Meh. Cartier is always spot on and VCF is brilliant. Guerlain depends on taste but if you want gentlemen to think it’s opulent add a little oil. Also having your own perfume made in Grasse in oil is excellent
