I see a lot of people commenting saying not to use this method because it’s slow, but I feel like it would be good for some purposes. For example, I want to practice coding by creating a few very simple interactive art pieces. I don’t want to pay for web hosting for some simple art projects, and don’t need them to be professional websites, but it would be fun to have them available online to show people. As a developer I never recommend this to anyone. Please don’t fall for this. A website means like your home. Has your own address. This is like you rent someone else’s place. Better use social media rather than wasting your time for this.
If you're trying to host a professional website with cart and all th bells and whistles. This wouldn't be a smart move. Especially with customers data. We give to much info anyway. Be smart about what your doing.
It won`t be customers DATA involved, there is NOT database (such word press or other type of platforms that require SQL, at least) this is only for static website (made on HTML) and NOT logging registration required. I would not do that, i prefer to use XAMMP instead and make my own security.
Could it work with cgi scripts? Usually I need to make config changes and permission changes. Cgi scripts is for dynamic changes on my site and client access them through http requests.

www is a subdomain. Just dow the process again, but with www replaced with your subdomain. Thiojoe's video on www will help you understand that www is a subdomain.

For static websites, you can use firebase hosting owned by Google or github pages owned by Microsoft. You don't have to rely on third party app.
