I born in Honduras, and this food is absolutely nothing to see with our traditional Honduran Cousin. The most popular food in our country is Mondogo, carne asada, yuca con chicharrón, baleadas, enchiladas, pan con carne, pastelitos con carne molida, sopa de res, sopa de gallina, sopa marinera, tajadas de banano verde con pollo o carne molida, tamales de elote, fritas de elote, tamales de cerdo, torrejas, mango en miel, coyoles en miel, charamuscas de nance, tamarindo, coco, piña….. I will not finish to mention all the selections of food and desserts that we have in our beautiful country 🤓
