I’ll be 70 next year and work like this lands very differently when the time it could have really helped was 50 years ago. Age does NOT diminish the thrill of necessary things said perfectly, and tho I won’t learn it or sing it in the car, “Better Daughter/Son” covers ground I’ve lived on all my life and sill haven’t left completely. ...And LOL -if there ARE folks my age writing songs about it, I don’t think I want to hear them ;-)
