I got the 2006 1.0 VVTi M5 in this exact color, only 160.000Km till now, 11.9.2020. Driven on highways it is slow uphill, can get you down to 80kmh with just 2 passengers. But on long straight road and in the city its the best friend. The 1.33 was much better on highway. Nothing ever broke. Swapped the bulbs, battery and oil with filters only.
Thank you very much. Going to buy this (US version) this week with manual transmission. This car makes its own gas. Its for me & my big dog & I will be rescuing animals in it, groceries, errands. Why would I pass up this gas mileage & reliability? It literally PAYS FOR ITSELF in gas. Does it all in extremes of weather. It’s all I’ll need. Thank you very much; great video.
One of the best cars Toyota made, to keep selling new, reliable cars during the deflation of 2008. Rock solid and cheap to run on the gas prices around that time.

That Russian version of Yaris has lots of features than the US/Canada yaris such as the heated seats and push button start and the gear stick and stronger engine. Nice!
Rick D Yes, the Yaris is a good buy, however if you are still looking I would strongly recommend the new 2015 Honda Fit. It is just as good of a car and a far better value for your money. You get a lot more standard features with it than a Yaris.
I took one for a test drive this morning that someone is selling. Great acceleration for a little car with a tiny motor. The muffler was a little noisy. The hatch wouldn't open with several tries. Issue with rear window slow defogging. No arm rest. I liked the size of the side mirrors. You could park this car in a phone booth with room to spare.
