R6 Astromech Dome Rotation

This is another 3 minute update looking at the Dome Rotation for my R6 Astromech, R6-T3x. I'll quickly go over the Motor and Mount for the Dome as well as the aluminum plate the Dome sits on.

i'm building a SWTOR pet style astromech and was trying to figure out the right way to do a slip ring, and I found this video at JUST the right time. I couldn't figure out if I needed a plate on both sides of the rockler or just one, and if only one, which side. Very helpful! Keep up the good work!

Nothing about my first R2 followed any existing build guides. I basically made it up as I went along. Your build, although much more neat and professional looking, reminds me of the customisation and problem solving I did with mine. Great work.

Thank you SO much... I really appreciate your comment. Working through the problems is probably my favorite part of Making. Before I started, I spent A LOT of time reading about how others built their Droids, but I'm intentionally trying to go my own way with this. I have learned a few hard lessons along the way, and in the end there are probably very few New Ideas... and I know the ways I'll do things different next time ;)

Would it be possible to share your stl files for you dome motor mounting bracket? Thanks in advance and very nicely done. I loved your approach would work great in a droid project im working on.
