spartan locker terrible noises one side unlocks not aligned correctly???

spartan locker making terrible banging and popping. dana 30 1999 wrangler
one side unlock weird you can see the pin looks like it applies pressure uneven making that side open on angle first...
Wonder if this is causing my noise and jerking.

I think I’m having the same problem as you. When I turn
my wheel to the left, it binds and pops big time. It’s not drivable. I have replaced u joints, hub assemblies, tried heavier oil, diff cover with higher fill plug, and it did nothing..

Sorry I just seen your reply.
I purchased a torq locker it works perfectly.
Pull the cover and watch it release you can see mine does not do it evenly the pins are not hitting at the same time I believe and is making it kick
