Thank you RUclips for this incredible platform. Namaste.
I just love how you guys let a song play all the way through uninterrupted.. Etta James voice is sublime.. she took a lot of chances with her material, but just sang her heart out on this one.
I adore this classic, could listen to Etta's lovely, powerful voice every day. So glad you loved it, too. Great reaction!
Etta James wrote and sang another famous song called, "I'd Rather Go Blind" about a personal experience. You should treat yourself to watching her sing it live. Shes a fantastic entertainer. Thanks for your channel.
I’ve never commented on any of your reactions before, although I’ve given countless “thumbs up” to many of them. Thank you for sharing your reactions with us on here. You’re one of my absolute favorites in the RUclips “reaction” genre.
A lovely interpretation of this classic. One of the original Queens of Soul.
Bravo my friends,it does not get much better than this.Listen to that orchestration and the voice that literally belts out the song.Etta James ,a lady with a powerful yet melodious voice. She would have made a great lead voice in one of those female vocal groups.Simply timeless.
What happens when hear greatness you don’t have to hear anything else
Shirley Bassey, is who she reminds you of. This is a classic
I first heard this when I watched the movie 'Rainman', and reacted the same as you did - that voice, that talent, wow!
Wonderful song! Beautiful voice!
Written around 1941, released by Glenn Miller Orchestra in 1942 as the original performance of this now classic tune.
Beautiful music, beautiful voice beautiful song

Lovely song and vocal interpretation.

One of my favorite songs.
A CLASSIC from 1960...
Live versions are ok - but as for me I prefer the audio versions better (my opinion)
