Actually I think the lacking "inner hamstring" muscle you're talking about at 22:45 is actually the adductor magnus, the "5the hamstring." If you look at cross sections of the leg its actually thicker than any of the individual hams and depending on your body mechanics can play a massive role in squatting movements and even hip hinges. Nobody talks about it but I've torn mine more times than I can count. I have wide hips and a wide stance and the adductor magnus seems to take more load than anything else when I'm doing heavy squats.
Walking lunges with a barbell also is what I watched Ronnie do before every leg day back in the day…. Those bright yellow slacks and just dumping the bar at the 20th rep 👌🏼 deadly
With that one guy I would agree with Paul about going to open. Granted he’s only 190 sum lbs and needs another 50 for open he’s not tryna put on 50 lbs in one year it’s a steady pace to begin with
I cannot agree with Fouad on his cues for inner thigh (Adductors and inner hams) developement. I feel like it’s exactly the opposite. Wider spread legs, single leg movements (lunges, unilateral leg presses, split-squat, wide stance hack-squats and so on) all force the leg adduction movement towards the central axis of the body, and therefore stimulate inner thighs.

does anyone just do bodybuilding nowadays or just go for the low hanging fruit? literally what happened to just being a bodybuilder and letting your development talk for them over time. Guys training for 2 years and deciding their classic
Isn’t it a little harsh to claim that the one guy didn’t put on any muscle in his off-season? Just because he isn’t one of the genetic elite who you can literally watch their muscles get bigger without much fat? I don’t think it makes sense to claim he hasn’t built much muscle until he diets down to see.
