Drill press almost as bad as by hand. Started with just hand, then zip trim and chuck. Power quick trim is the best. Make sure you're using less than 1200 rpms or you'll rub the collar too much each time. Then you'll start getting shorter and shorter cases.
On method 3 would a good dremele ( spelling error ) work well? I mean for any method with a power drill would not a dremele work as well and be more lightweight?
I have the Quick Trim. It sucks ass. .006" variance from one case to the next. Set up per instructions and everything. If I knew who designed it, I'd throw it at them.
Absolutely love my Lee quick trim!
Like the next guy, I hate trimming. Quick and concise. Good job!
Excellent, thanks.
Only one thing about indexing off the base of the case. You better hope that the headspace is on the money first. Buying quality brass will help
What do you do for the primer pockets?
I'm using a vacuum cleaner to remove the shavings, less mess than compressed air.

tjmooremusic use a dremmel with a foot pedal switch
A Dremel will be too high an rpm for any measure of control. About 1200 rpm is as slow as they goca drill can be held down to a couple of hundred rpm.
Maybe an electric screwdriver?
smooth vid -helped me -thank you
What is that gray wool you're using?
Was it there just to clean the shavings off the case?
That grey wool you speak of is 0000 fine steel wool. He was using it to shine the brass case.

were all the cases the same size before trimming?
