@@4KayYo Once electric cars become tunable, swapping motors, batteries, gears, turning the Inverter, they will be fun, just like brushless RC's took out Nitro RC, they where fun, but now Brushless is a lot more fun with their tuning.
You can get that kind of power out of the stock components. It’ll be close to maxing out the turbo but it’ll do it. A really good E mix tune and you’ll be there.
My 2020 m340i xdrive went 12.01 at 115 dead stock and 11.55 at 119 with e30 tune only. Got a down pipe and dinan cai that's going on in a week or two. Not only fast straight line but with 245 40 18 Falken rt660 tires square on 18x9.5 and 18x8.5 front wheels it went 1:20.8 around sunmit Jefferson circuit all stock besides wheel and tire. Not even tuned and no camber added. Car is extremely under rated. Weights 4000 lbs and almost lap record on circuit. Insane
Very interesting, bro. I've owned mine for 2 weeks and I was wondering, my butt dyno has been disagreeing with the numbers too. I'm very interested in seeing what you can do. I don't know if I'm going to go the full tuning route until the ECU is fully unlocked but I'm definitely looking into an intake, catted downpipe, and exhaust to start off with.
375 is stout! Calculation should be 375 / .85 and that’ll give you like 441HP … because if you have 431HP at the engine and that’s where the power is being generated from and you try to subtract 15% from that you’ll end up with 366HP … quick maths! Not a huge difference but more accurate and repeatable Lol
Pretty damn impressive for stock and consistent with what others have seen since 2021. My Stage 2 93 octane M235 6mt makes the same whp/wtq (390whp/400wtq) and weighs just under 3400lbs. What impresses me most about late model BMW turbo I6s is how much acceleration they have above 60 mph. It feels like riding a massive wave. The BMW turbo motors are so flexible. My N55's peak power hits at 6300rpms and holds strong until 6700rpms. B58s are even better. I've owned my car for 6.5 years and it's acceleration still impresses me and has corrupted me too.
For sure you can feel all of the power on the "Butt dyno" lol! Love the spec, Im a sucker for a Supra, no matter the year! We should collaborate man! Let me know! Besides we're in the same city, why not?! I can hook you up with some gear too ; ) ~Chaz
@@jonathanlovett5568 no you can send your 21-23 Supra’s ECU to get set back to that date. Companies do it. Visconti Tuning does an OBD unlock. Check it out.
Video says stock but are you sure you don't have some drop in foam filters and a tune? High flow or gutted cats? You know.. all the sleeper "stock" mods. And btw your guys math is wrong. 15% of what you made is not the total power loss of the engine. He did it backwards, you need to take 15% from the flywheel power. Proof: 15% of 431 is 64. 431 - 64 = 367 whp. What your engine is making (assuming 15% loss) is actually 442 flywheel hp. 15% of 442 is 66.3 so 442 - 66.3 = 375.7.
I was very impressed with the Supra , I thought I was going to destroy one in my 10 speed mustang and I ended up only getting him by a car and a half lmao.
Hey, i recently discovered your channel because i started to look for a affordable car i want to get and ended up really liking the 335i/320i(all like that) and E46, mainly because of looks. Also: I live in Germany so modification wise i am much more restricted and prices of models may be different from us Thank you for your help :)
I know you’re not asking for my opinion but don’t get a bmw e46 unless you have big pockets they’re old cars so many things broken depending on ownership. Your best bet is buying a bmw 325i 328i or 330i N52 Engine non turbo from the years 2006 to 2011. Car is still gonna need some love.

It’s a shame you bring that same car to Australia and our dyno will report 50-60hp lower than yours. Fun fact. I don’t know why it’s not universal… It’s HP it should be.. So it’s actually about right with a mainline hub dyno in Australia… Another interesting thing is we don’t glorify the old supra here, it’s not a car that’s amazing to us, it’s a heavy tank that needs huge mods to move, the newer Supra with the B58 though 👌 Beautiful car..
Yea I honestly have no idea.. Could be a “factor freak”, my Volvo S60 is probably a “factor freak”, it is pretty quick for what it is, stock it kept up surprisingly well with a Porsche Macan S, in the weat… with 3 adults in the car… a 200Hk 285Nm stick shift Volvo shouldn’t have kept up as well as it did and oh yeah the 340Hk Porsche Macan S sed launch control. It now has a BSR stage 1 tune and some days it must make more than the 250Hk 410Nm it should make, further more the Turbo is a little worn and the intercooler hasn’t been touched since 2000 from what i know. What makes things interesting is that it has a interesting past, it is a very early car, was owned by Volvo the first years and somethings aren’t like they should according to “Vida” (Volvo’s equivalent to ISTA), I’m strongly suspecting that it was used for more than just an average company lease….
I hope the dyno-man is better with cars than with maths... If drivetrain loss is 15%, the dyno shows 85% of the crank power. In order to calculate crank power, you divide 375 by 0.85 to get to 441 crank hp. To verify you can take 15% of this number to get back to 375
