If Joseph is right in saying we (who are against prosperity gospel) dont fit into heaven golden streets, then Jesus must be totally wrong in saying its difficult for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Wake up Joseph!! You having too good a life, living the good life, fame n riches but God isnt blind...He will hold u accountable for leading many astray.
Believers must ask themselves are they pursuing Christ or pursuing wealth first. Do they love riches or love Christ who sacrificed himself? And what do they want to use their riches on. Priorities must be put right.
If Abraham consistently THINK materially of his wealth and riches, he would not have considered sacrificing his son whom the inheritance will eventually belong. But Abraham was faithful, obedient, holy and righteous unto God Almighty. Although everything God created in the 6 days of Creation was good. Gold in itself is not sinful but GREED is.
Yea many falls into sins when they pursue ruches..see how many have gone into prison and have their mind brainwash that they will get rich with god's blessing but at their own power to commit crimes etc etc....
I have heard this a few times from these preachers of hyper grace/pentacostal/charismatic '"churches" like J Prince.."you have to have this or that state of mind now or you wont fit into the culture of heaven"... have they not comprehended, as it is written, that we will be incorruptible when we begin our new life after this one so if we are saved and our sinful state now is gone?...As saved children fo God we WILL NOT be out of place there. We are commanded to strive to become like Jesus as written and with the help of the holy spirit.. not some bogus way suggested by this type of preacher.
Joseph Prince might want to distant himself from Olivia Lum, Brian Houston, Carl Lentz, Creflo Dollar, and many of the leaders from the prosperity gospel because many of them have got into different problems now. Most of them are directly under his influence because they all attended his so-called 'grace' seminars through the HillSong church for ages. So, they are his 'fruits'. However, can Joseph Prince argue that they are his 'good fruits', or 'bad fruits'? I think he cannot hide himself, or just run away from answering this question now.
