- For some reason the XBOX will not allow you to log into your XBOX 360 profile. Here is the simple fix to allow to keep playing those awesome games on your XBOX.

This happened to me this morning and I’ve done everything including this for a second time and I don’t think anything is going to help me
@@corbingipson3336 it's so frustrating that this has been happening to other players and myself for what looks to be years and Microsoft hasn't tried anything on fixing the issue.

Dude, this should be the top result for this problem! I tried so many searches to see what would get the games to play and you were the first person to just show how easy it is to fix this. Thank you for this! I played for hours on S/X before I realized the issue with not being able to sign in. I tried to go back to a save point after killing two cops on accident (assuming it auto saved like rdr2) and I was back on the boat.

This video was very helpful. Anyone that has had this happen on a last gen console(Xbox One S and X) just know doing the same thing should fix it for you. I did this on my Xbox One S and it worked perfectly, first try.

I have been struggling with this a lot, RUclips didn’t help. Only thing I found that helped was a comment on RUclips & a forum on Xbox that say basically that your WiFi is the problem according to microsoft because the advance WiFi can’t connect to Xbox 360 servers and to take it up with the internet provider. The comment and detail I found that was extremely helpful is that your personal hotspot from your phone is the solution. You only need to use it once to get everything settled for you. THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION, do not waste time with watching videos that won’t help you. I’m pissed these videos wasted a lot of people’s time including mine as I can see from other comments .

Just got a series s recently and wanted to hop on a few of the old CODs. Sadly this didn't help. I can't sign into Xbox live on the 360 emulator😢

I had a few Xbox 360 accounts on my Xbox one game when I would load up a 360 game and show the three accounts it would always say it would fail the internet connection, I found this vid and followed the instructions, my profiles still show in the Xbox one menu but after I open the 360 game which I own, I have no profiles downloaded and it says error can’t connect my internet works what else can I do?

When I get to the loading your Xbox 360 info I get 0 progress and it cuts to my game after some time then once it asks to sign in my profile isn’t there so when I got to download it says no connection and I’ve tried everything for troubleshooting connection with no prevail I don’t know what to do I got all the classic gears of war games yesterday and got to play them all about roughly and hour to two hours a piece before I woke up to all this mumbo jumbo

@@richiemarz5858 I’ve figured out that if you use a WiFi hotspot from your phone it’ll download your account. But I can only join multiplayer games if I am on my hotspot. I can join with my regular WiFi, or if I’m wired in.
Hmm.. not working for me since the "Xbox 360" can't connect to my internet for whatever reason. So I can't download my cloud data. Super weird.

It's my internet provider. Not enough MTU. So I'm fucked until I go to a different provider.@@Juberdingus

@@Juberdingus It was my internet, I had to change some settings on my router but it's been so long I can't remember. If I suddenly remember, I'll try to come back to this.
Edit: I think it was an MTU issue thanks to ivp4 and ivp6. Disable ivp6, only use ivp4, and then power off the router for 10 seconds, then reboot. Hopefully that fixes it. If you're in the UK and on Three Broadband like me, then it's a known issue that Three has ignored for years. I got it to work after fiddling with my settings, others haven't been so lucky.

I got an xbox to play starfield. I keep having difficulties. I have an account but it is not the profile/account that I play the game with and I can't find it or get back to it since I had to do a reset. It is really a mess I cannot find by alternate account which has my saved game. The default account has nothing on it at some point I started another user/ or account or profile etc. etc. and have my game saves associated with that.
Please help me find this alternate account or is it an alternate user or what is it? It has a different name and avatar. Thanks.

Didn’t work for me when it prompts to download profile I select yes the bar doesn’t move then game starts I press start then it says I’m not signed it ,do I wanna sign in I click yes then I get cannot connect to Xbox live ,select test connection I do that it says everything is good but still can’t download
