  • • Ingredients: red bean cheese buns
    High-protein flour 500 grams, 0:30,
    Yeast (high sugar type) 5 grams, 0:30,
    Milk powder 30 grams, 0:38,
    White granular sugar 50 grams, 0:41,
    One egg (about 60 grams), 0:43,
    Milk 260 grams, 0:46,
    About the liquid ingredients such as milk and eggs, please use cold ones in hot days.
    Butter 50 grams, 1:01,
    Salt 2 grams, 1:05,
    Appropriate amount of honey red beans, 2:14,
    Cream cheese 200 grams, white sugar 20 grams, 2:38,
    Make some paper circles(10 cm in diameter and 3 cm high) to keep the bread and they will look better after baked. If you find it troublesome, you can skip it and it won’t affect the taste of the bread.
    Baking temperature (80L oven): Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Place it on the lower layer of the oven. Make sure that the bread is baked in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. The bread usually receives more heat in a smaller oven, so please reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in oven capacity.
    Baking with an electric baking pan: You can place them on a plate and put the plate in a steaming pot to let them rise. Brush some oil on the plate during the proofing, otherwise the raw bread might stick onto it after proofing. Let them rise till the size increases by 80%, then put them into the electric baking pan and bake over medium heat, just till both sides get brown. Make the bread into a proper size according to the size of your electrical baking pan.

    200摄氏度差不多就是400华氏度,我用的是大烤箱(5 cube feet),但用400华氏度烤30分钟,出来面包颜色都是棕色了,而且很硬了😂。
