Sadly I’ve lost confidence in these now after initially loving them, had a take and the metal loop end cut my line off when tied with a figure of eight loop knot and also had one where the swivel snapped off. I’ve swapped to Gemini tidy stems and not had problems
It sounds like you've had a faulty pack with the swivel snapping and possibly a bur on the metal loop that chafed through the line. Thanks for the heads up I've tested all of the 2 packs I've purchased and not had a problem but will keep an eye on future purchases. 👍🏻

The Avid brand seems to be getting stronger, they make some really good gear. I have their Carp cot which I'm really impressed with.

Drill out your lead with a 4.5mm bit, you don't need to go all the way through just to a depth of around 10-15mm 👍🏻
