Tried building this and I only get scratchy sounds when I turn the 100k master tuner pot. Does this need a Arduino Uno or can an Arduino mega be used? Also do you need a separate power source for the ICs or did you just use the power from the Arduino? Also wondering how you could make cleaner signals on the op amp oscillator circuit, if resistance and cap values are critical or not. trying to track down what the problem may be....
I used a uno but you should be able to use a mega as long as you use the same PIN numbers or reprogram the software to correspond to the mega pins you used. Yes I used an external 5v supply and attached the ground to the Arduino. Not sure about making cleaner op amp signals.
